Expert Hearing Care reviews
12 Great staff the young ladies there are so helpful they always greet you with a smile
The hearing aids they helped me choose are brilliant I can't thank them enough a bit thanks to Hannah and Taylor
Very skilled ear specialist and good staff. At the end of two visits my problems were solved. I asked the hear specialist many questions and she made sure that I was very satisfied after her responses and demonstrations. Thanks for solving my problem at 82 years of age.
I've had the nicest experience here with Hannah and Taylor (and the student guy) having my hearing tested then the fitting of a new hearing aid. I've felt very comfortable and completely heard with every appointment I've needed so far.
I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone having troubles with their hearing like me. I've had my hearing aid for six months now and it's been great and different. Thanks expert hearing for your care, support and understanding.
Fantastic service from Hannah and Donna at Midland Expert Hearing. I was made to feel very welcome and my hearing issues were dealt with attentively and efficiently. Would highly recommend this store. Very competitive prices too for hearing aids.

Fantastic understanding from the staff and the owner. I would reccommend Midland Hearing to anyone with a concern. Lovely people skills
I came here to address my tinnitus concerns. I was warmly greeted by the lovely Donna before Rita took me through testing process; full, concise explanations; treatment options & costs & a great trial period with aids. I am so happy with the comfort and professionalism at this centre, and highly recommend.
I was impressed with the professionalism of Amrita and the fact that she spent a great deal of time making sure that I was happy and able to use the hearing aids for the trial period. She explained everything thoroughly and I felt under no sales pressure to buy.
Thank you Amrita and Amit for the amazing service for my new hearing aids (OPN1 Minirite), keep up the great work!
My overall experience was very very good. I didn't expect hearing aids straight away at no cost. I am very happy. Very helpful team. Great job done.

My father who is going deaf, attend Expert Hearing to get his hearing sorted.
Today - he was presented with an onscreen quotation for his hearing aid -
It stated $! ! ! !
and below the quotation
"The client was rude"
He was very offended - stood up - said - it was over and left.
He can only put the " the client was rude" comment down to a conversation regarding her nationality he had with the same lady a couple of weeks ago when he had his hearing test.
During that conversation - my father, being hard of hearing, had difficulty understand what the lady was saying (as he had not yet received hearing aids). He asked her to repeat herself several times, then thought maybe the lady had an accent - so he innocently asked her where she was from... Offering at the same time that he was born in Fiji
He feels that maybe she took offence to his question.
People working in hearing centres should understand that their customers have hearing difficulties and also that they could be feeling anxious or rather embarrassed at the fact that they actually need a hearing aid - and try and make casual conversation to distract from whats really going on.
