The staff here are very nice and very friendly my experiance was tainted by 1 canceled appointment for hearing test then a delay not in getting aid but in appointment to fit then 2 again cancelation of fitting appoinment meaning that it was a month +from order to fitting if thats how it is for new customers buying top range products how will the after sales service be Ive canceled and will shop for aid elsewhere

From the moment I walked into the joondalup store I was made welcome by Samantha the receptionist. Sam who tested my hearing and the consequent fitting of my hearing aids was professional and I received great advice on the aids I chose. Samantha explained the retired scheme to me concerning costs etc. Altogether a pleasant and trouble free experience and I am hearing alot of things that I have been missing out on. I would like to thank Expert Hearing Care in Joondalup for assisting my elderly Mum to get the right hearing aid. The personal attention and service they provide is extraordinary. After a free trial my Mum decided on a free hearing device provided under the government Hearing Services Program. The device meets all her hearing needs and is hardly visible. We had a very bad experience with another hearing service provider who was trying to push us into buying a "better" device for over $1,500 without giving us an option to trial it. In contrast, Expert Hearing Care provided excellent services with integrity.

I am amazed by how smoothly and effectively the process of my hearing test and result occurred. The staff are efficient, polite and friendly. I want to tank Expert Hearing Care for their excellent service. I had a free test and am so happy that I can now hear so well and the hearing device is almost invisible. Thank you Amit (consultant).
