Expert Hearing Care

I was impressed initially by one of the front desk girls, Yvonne, who gave me a reality check about the importance of hearing on one's general health.
Since then I have been well looked after by Louisa, also on the front desk. She's very friendly and thorough.
Rebecca, the audiologist, was so patient and professional. She has my hearing sorted, and repeatedly offers assistance whenever I require it. This has been a very positive experience for me, as I have been putting off the inevitable for too long. Thank you Bec.

Absolutely fantastic service and caring staff who go above and beyond for their customers! Louisa has a genuine sense of humour that instantly makes you feel like you're chatting with an old friend. Rebecca made me feel at ease with the self-consciousness I felt about needing to wear hearing aids in my 30's for my loss of hearing clarity and also worked with me to find a solution that worked for me and that I could afford. She didn't try and push me into anything just gave great advice. They have also done wonders to help my dad at a vulnerable time in his life! Worth their weight in gold! Can't recommend them highly enough!

Lovely people, really clear explanations and took the time to ensure complete understanding. Also very approachable and clear about contacting them if anything changes - no matter how small. Great experience - and not just because I'm not deaf!

Had to get hearing checked the young Lady Louisa who booked me in has the best customer service. And Rebecca beautiful customer service aswell. Both Ladys are angles without wings. Need more stars for these lovely Ladys.

Yvonne and Louisa on reception are efficient, caring and very friendly. Bec the audiologist is very knowledgeable, empathetic, caring and stays up to date with the latest technology.
When I suddenly become deaf in one ear and couldn't understand what was happening to me, these 3 people were so good to me and pivotal in my positive hearing journey over the past 7 months.
