Exmouth Escape Resort

Simple, everything working well. Exactly what was needed.

Note: some of the apartments can be a bit noisy if your neighbors are not light on their feet. Footsteps translate through the buildings very easily.

Very nice resort. Lovely pool area and an excellent restaurant with great food and good service. However, the rooms are not 5 star.they are very basic and sparse. Silly little portable hotplate like one would find in a backpackers! Cleanliness was average. Crockery and kitchen utensils needed washing. Room needs a 'spring clean' especially the bathroom.

I loved every moment at Exmouth Escape Resort. From the refreshing pool and lovely staff, to the amazing seafood and cozy rooms- I can’t wait to book in for my next vacation. Not to mention their seamless car hire!

Clean, comfortable 1 bedroom apartment. Accommodation is close to everything, staff are delightful, food is very good. It was great to have our own space, including a BBQ. An enjoyable 5 day stay and we have booked for next year.

Really, really impressed. Had to cancel with short notice due to a Covid-19 lockdown, received a full refund less a small administration fee without even asking for it. Thank-you team, I hope to spend sometime next year with you instead.

I really liked this place didn't manage to get to Wallers restaurant but the place is very good

Good size lounge room with dining table. Laundry. Fluffy towels.

Rug could have been cleaner. And the thing we hated was that between apartments 39 and 40, the staff were constantly walking backwards and forwards with their trolleys (which meant having a nap was impossible) and they could also look into the lounge area which reduced our privacy. (And, I had asked staff for a quiet room - mmmm, not sure they have a good understanding of the resort.)

I highly recommend heading to Whalebone Brewery for a meal - great ambiance, great pizzas and warm friendly staff (and walking distance). Plus not expensive.

We had a really great time, travelled as a family and stayed for 6 nights. The accommodation was clean and had all of the facilities that are required for a lengthy stay. It is in a very good location, not too far out of town, but far enough away so that you can have some peace and relaxation. There is a nice restaurant in the accommodation complex and two pools, one shallow kiddie pool and a larger one, both with seating areas, in and out of shade. The kitchen was fully equipped, as were the bathrooms, and the furniture was great, making for a relaxing stay. Parking is good too, directly out the front of the place, and there is also a bbq area under a shaded area at the front of the unit.

Great accomodation in Exmouth. Well equipped modern villas. Lovely pool area with a large main pool and smaller child's pool. The restaurant serves really good food and overlooks the pool area.

Terrible I flew to Exmouth with my family for a holiday, which wasn't cheap all I wanted to do is relax by the pool enjoy food and drinks, the restaurant is apparently closed only open at night they didn't even sell bottles of water, not even complementary water in the fridge when you get there. The ladies at the counter were not helpful at all, she said you can hire a car and go to shops. I heard other guests were complaining as well that I spoke too. I will never stay here again. Stayed at Mantara last time and it was 5 star and I did ring them to see if they did breakfast and lunch and they said of course we do.

We came in November and loved it so much we came back in March. Absolutely love this place and will definitely be back. Clean rooms with everything you need, great little patio area with bbq and beautiful pool. The seafood medley platter at the restaurant is also fab. Wish we could move in!

Clean, tidy, value for money and well maintained venue that was perfect to visit with my son. The in cabin kitchen facilities made a big difference.
Would be great if the on-site restaurant were open a bit more including other meals.

Pool was really refreshing and loads of room to park the boat.
The resturaunt had delicious meals that were reasonably priced considering where you are.
Very clean accommodation.
Highly recommend staying here, especially if you have kids.

The stay was fantastic, one of the best accommodation choices we have made. The layout of the complex was excellent creating some private space for families to enjoy their holiday. The design of the chalet rooms was excellent multiple bathrooms, plenty of space, great kitchen and laundry facilities and a little patio where you can cook on the BBQ and sit outside. The complex had excellent parking space as well as facilities such as the swimming pool and restaurant. Overall the stay was excellent and could not fault the stay!

Staff are Super Nice, even though we returned the snorkelling gear a bit late they didn’t bite and didn’t charge us for it

We stayed here for a week after New year. Really impressed with the 2 bed unit we stayed in. Very clean, double ensuite rooms, with good sized bedrooms.
We also hired a car from the resort this was great to go to town for shopping etc. Really saved walking around in the 40 degrees! Also useful for going to the beach.
The main Swimming pool was a great size there was also a small shallow pool for the small ones. (This could have had a shade cover to help the wee ones tho.)
We spent many hours in the pool as the temperature was quite warm most days.
(42 - 46 degrees).
Highly recommended resort.
We would stay again.

Cannot fault this resort.clean, comfy, beautiful rooms with all the amenities and fully self contained. First class restaurant, boat washing facilities and perfectly located. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic service and central location. I love staying here when I travel to Exmouth for work. Pool is beautiful with the most amazing green grass! All the facilities you need and clean chalets. One stop shop including car hire and help for local tours.

The two bedroom apartment has two bathrooms and full laundry and kitchen. The living area is quite spacious and you have your own little outdoor area with BBQ too so what you get for the money is good. If you wanted you could shop in town for your groceries and cook your fish in the barbie and avoid high daily expenses.

Would definitely suit road travelers or families and unlike Mantarays over the road the place is cockroach and rat free which is always a plus +

Great place to stay very well maintained nice restaurant overlooking pool rooms very neat and tidy would definitely stay here again.
