I went in for skin needling and wasn't sure what to expect. Steph made me feel welcome and comfortable. The whole process from start to finish was amazing. It's all the little details that made it extra special. A glass of water when I walked in and the treatment room was nicely lit with calming music and blankets. She explained the treatment so I understood the process and benefits and has healing hands. I felt so relaxed and comfortable by the time the treatment was finished I was so relaxed I couldn't tell if my eyes were open or closed.
I've had 2 sessions now and my jawline is noticeably tighter. Plus I love their skincare range.
