Absolutely beautiful home. Magnificent location with Bicton Baths at your door step as well as the Yacht club for breakfast.
Spacious home with everything you could possibly need, not to mention the heated pool and tennis courts right across the road.
Highly recommended.

Unit 2/7 John Street was a very big disappointment. I was staying there with my daughter and her husband and 3 children.
The main bedroom had reasonable aircon. The bedroom with the double bed had no cupboards and had a big mobile aircon unit that was broken. The window was facing east so got no breeze and had no fly screen. It was 36 degrees and not possible to sleep in that room. I had nowhere to hang any clothes.
There were 2 sets of spotlights in the kitchen and lounge area and 2 out of the 5 were not working. Also the light outside the unit was not working.
I contacted the agency and they sent someone around to replace the light bulbs and put a fan in the ceiling.
The ceiling fan was put in the wrong room and all the light bulbs were replaced but now we had flashing lights so had to remove the bulbs. The mobile fan that was left in my room was broken on the pedestal so not usable. I contacted the office every day and they were sending workmen around.
2 fans appeared in the lounge room in their boxes. No one had assembled them so I had to contact the agency yet again to get someone around to assemble the fans. The workman told me that the big aircon unit in the double room had not worked in ages so I asked why it hadn’t been removed. He and I carried it out to his van as it took up so much space of the room in the double bedroom.
In the instructions it gave details on how to connect to Foxtel. There was a foxtel box there and the foxtel menu appeared on the TV screen but there was an error message. When I contacted the office again, I was told the owner had disconnected Foxtel ages ago and that it wasn’t in the details on the web page regarding the property. Why wasn’t the foxtel box removed?
Why were there instructions on how to connect to Foxtel in the instruction details if it no longer worked.
The outdoor area was dirty. The outdoor table had to be cleaned as well as the BBQ. The outdoor area had to be swept too.
There were chipped dishes and a bad selection of crockery and cutlery and items had not been put back in the right places.
To say milk was provided is a joke. There was a miniature carton of long life. It would be better to tell people to get their own milk.
This was such a disappointment. For the money paid I expected a lot better and I have never had any correspondence, apology or compensation.
I know the area well and would not have expected this.
The owners need to take a good look at this apartment and put some money in to improving it rather than charging a fortune and just making money.
I would not recommend this property to anyone.
I see it is advertised as having 2 parking bays but the bay at the rear of the property always had a scooter parked there so was not available.
I’m interested to see how this will be fixed. I have a house in this area and I will be telling anyone I know in the area not to rent this place.

Beautiful beach home. Ideally located walking across the road to beach and park and short stroll to local cafe. Perfect get away yet so close to the city

There were nails on the floor, the shower was broken and there were kitchenware to be washed when we arrived. Besides, there was only one option to get the keys, which required us to go to South Perth before entering the apartment. An awful experience.

Loved this accomodation, very close to beach, beautiful apartment. Well appointed, great design. Only issue was the non existent Wifi, which was a disappointment. Our family would love to come back again sometime soon.

Excellent well appointed accomodation in a fabulous location. For a tourist it’s great to have many of the essential kitchen, cleaning and bathroom items that are rarely provided in other types of accomodation when travelling. Highly recommend this place

Do not consider using this company a divisive group of people, dishonest, disgusting and the authorities need to investigate the business practices of this company.
Would reiterate my view on this group of companies I know all of the offshoots and depts.
Dreadful outfit and will continue to advertise my view on this rogue outfit.
RICS the governing body for these companies ""toothless tiger"" and hopeless.

The people involved in running this group of companies should be ashamed. NO shame in this world these days.

We had everything anyone could need during our stay. Comfortable beds, kitchenware, laundry items and most of all the stunning view. We literally watched whales splashing about in the bay while sitting on the couch

This is our second stay at Seaview Loft. The accommodation is first class and it is in a great position near the beach. I am sure we will be back again in the future!

Worst experience ever booking an apartment!
It was for next year with free cancellation. They were quick to take your money but now almost a month later, I'm still waiting for $1779 to be credited back to my account and giving all sorts of excuses when I chased up!

We loved this place. The only issue was the dishwasher didn't work but otherwise it was perfect

Horrible service, gross room, and to top it off accidentally forgot to leave the room key and have now been charged 150$ out of my bank I did not authorise. No one stay here!
