Executive Apartments

Might be good for tenants, not good for landlords. Less than adequate accountability, communication, paperwork. Staff have advised me for the past six months they are "temps" so no continuity as far as a regular property manager. Phone calls direct you to email them which then go unanswered until you follow up. If emails are finally answered, they are anonymous. I would not use them to manage any of my properties again.

Landlords beware. This company used to be great but a continuous trend of using temps who appear to not support the customer is quite concerning. No available means of communication except when they want to support a non professional opinion from the tenants or someone that wants to drum up more business. Wish I could give 0 stars

Rachel and Ashleigh were great to deal with. Highly recommended this agency from a tenants point of view. They were very easy to deal with and very responsive to communication.

Try every means to collect cleaning fee! All find someone to clean, at that time said unqualified can clean again, but now changed again, and the attitude is extremely bad! Without good communication, the worst intermediary does not have one! Verbally abusive!
The email said that the cleaner could go, but now it can't really understand

I have been a tenant in a rental property with this business dealing with Ashleigh Boland the senior Property Manager over the last couple of years. I have been renting properties both here in Perth and in other cities within Australia but never experienced a Manager who treats her clients with such respect and compassion.
I highly recommend this business and wish to thank them for always being both professional and supportive throughout my dealing with them.

I’m planing for apartment but I live with my parents at the moment at Stirling but I save money to live in apartment with 1 bed room, shower, kitchen, TV, washing manchine, closet.

I had a property leased out with them in 2017. My property was damaged by tenants flooded for months. It took me over 9 months to get it fixed. I found the property manager was rude and negligent I made a complaint to the boss but they all the same. Never again use them. They just good at taking your money and don't do the job probably.

I've been using Executive Apartments' cleaning service for six months and they're absolutely fantastic. Their cleaners are punctual, friendly and do an excellent job cleaning. On the few occasions I've had to reschedule, it's been no trouble. Highly recommend.

Did not have a pleasant experience renting from Exectuive apartments. Every question asked was met with a rude response. One of the property managers gave my housemate a terrible reference check and said that he wouldn't rent to her or I again, yet 2 weeks prior had emailed asking us to stay and that he would reduce the rent. (Pretty low tactics to try and keep an 8 month pregnant girl in a house she could no longer afford.)

I finished our contract on a sour note because Executive Apartments in giving me a contract to sign omitted to fill in all details; significantly maximum no of occupants. This left them with carte balance to lease to anyone. My error for not reading the contract thoroughly; so with this company my advice is to go over your contract with a fine tooth comb before you sign to avoid future problems.

I have been with Executive Apartments for quite a number of years and must say that the last 12 months I have been extremely happy with Jarrod as my property Manager. I have found Jarrod to be honest and up front he sees things from both the owners and tenants prospective and endeavors to find a even and fair balance.

My agent Jarryd, has always dealt with any issues with the property both promptly and efficiently. He has been highly professional and helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending either Jarryd or Executive Apartments.

We have two properties listed with Executive Apartments and both are managed by Jarryd Favazzo. Jarryd is extremely professional, pleasant and helpful every time we have to deal with him. He uses his initiative and has options and solutions at hand for every situation which is extremely useful for busy busy people like us!

I don't recommend anyone to rent from this agency, their way in solving any problem is very tough and they are not helpful at all.

Recently stayed in short term accommodation had a great experience, apartment was clean and well equipped. Staff where friendly and answered all my questions. Check in was simple. Great experience and will definitely be returning.

Found the agent very rude and unhelpful at every turn. He told a subsequent agent he would not rent to me again despite offering a new lease at a lower rate and ultimately giving back the full bond (he had also said things like there were chunks out of the wall etc all untrue) to try and keep me in a very overpriced house while I was heavily pregnant. All the stress put my blood pressure sky high and I had to be induced early and spend a week in hospital. I blame this experience in no small part for that. My housemate let Jarryd know this and not to contact me but to contact her but he continued to even when I was in hospital and did not ask was I ok at any point. Thank god we're away from him. It's a pity as the lady who originally rented me the house was lovely. There's so much on the market at the moment do yourself a favour and pick a better agent at least until he's gone. We've also been emailed by others (including a landlord) who have had awful experiences with the same agent.

Stayed in a great furnished apartment for the past 12 months. Always very quick to fix any issue that I had. Very pleasant experience.

They keep pushing you to use their own cleaning company to clean the apartment after ending the lease (they offered me 750$ for cleaning 2 bed roam). If you got another company to clean, they will not accept the way they cleaned and they will keep saying that: It is not up to our standard, and eventually they will get their cleaner to clean and deduct the 750$ the bond. I do not recommend renting from them.
