Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals

What an absolute pleasure to book through Exclusive Escapes. Thoughtful, kind and genuinely care about their customers. Thank you guys!

My wife and I have been bringing our Two dogs to the same property managed by exclusive escapes every year for the last ten years. Over time we have brought our friends and family, celebrated special occasions and made countless happy memories in this house. Exclusive escapes have been an absolute pleasure to deal with over the years. From early check ins, to lost keys and numerous special requests, they have accommodated us time after time. As somebody who works in the customer service industry, I would highly recommend them.

We stayed at two different Exclusive Escapes homes recently whilst overseas friends and family visited. Both properties met our needs as they were in great locations, well presented and well equipped houses.

All of our interactions with Exclusive Escapes staff were friendly and professional and they were a pleasure to deal with.

I will certainly be using Exclusive Escapes for our next trip down south as they have a huge selection of properties to choose from, they set them up well for a great stay and make things easy for the customer when checking in/out.

Stayed at Skibo House.
Absolutely stunning and great for kids and dogs hence our choice.

Also stayed with them at Arafura in Dunsborough last year.

Couple of minor admin issues but nothing majpr and to be expected and dealt with by Andy is a very prompt and professional manner.

Properties always amazing and trust me. I can be pretty demanding so to have no complaints whatsoever is a testament to the company and the properties they manage.

Would definitely recommend and will definitely return to both properties.

My partner booked for three night for Waterline View (Port Geographe) from Airbnb and we received all the booking confirmation and $1800 money is also deducted from my bank account. Next day, the exclusive escapes agent cancelled our booking and told us that the minimum number of nights is 4 for that property.
This is so outrageous and they put money before the service.
Whoever owns Waterline View, you need to review your agent.

Have hired.many holiday homes through this group - the homes are always beautiful and they're always very accommodating.

Amazing customer service, very friendly and efficient staff. Highly reccomend this company if you are looking for a beautiful place to stay and a company that will go above and beyond for you. We have used Exclusive Escapes twice in the last year, the house was fantastic and great value for money. The staff are also very responsive and friendly.

Had a great stay in Gracetown. Place was spotless, house and views amazing. Exclusive staff where knowledgeable and very helpful. 5 stars!

Captain cottage.

My wife and her girlfriends experience of Captain Cottage

Upon arrival the dishwasher had cutlery left in it and it stunk. Had to clean the filter in dishwasher out and rerun the dishwasher to remove smell and had to open the house up to get rid of the smell in the house. The back table was filthy and the cob webs where full of insects in the kitchen.
Blown away seeing we had to pay extra for sheets if we hadn't bought our own. Not allowed to make noise outside after 7pm.
Front patio has nails protruding out of the wood. Must wear footwear on patio.
It's a shame, could be a lovely house. We will nit be going back

Beth Cilento

We recently stayed at an exclusive escapes property and had wonderful time. The house, 'Big Rock Dreaming' was perfect for our group and being in such close proximity to town made the weekend very easy. Upon arriving back to Perth we discovered that our daughters beloved teddy bear had been left behind. John and the team at Exclusive Escapes went above and beyond to help track teddy down (she had already had a spin at the dry-cleaners) for which we are very grateful. Couldn't recommend Exclusive Escapes more.

Very disappointed with this company. We have just found out our week long New Years booking for 20 people has been cancelled on us. The home is still available so looks like the owners just decided to use it instead of us? We booked this one year in advance and confirmed with them before booking it was definitely still available. With an Airbnb booking this wouldnt happen because the owners have reviews to maintain where as with Exclusive Escapes you can get burned and flicked to the side. We have multiple flights booked for this, time off work and 3 birthdays now all missed. We had multiple other places we could have booked and now obviously there is nothing else available. They had emailed us this on 30 April and it went to junk and we were given no call or even a follow up call to check - the booking is worth $20k - kind of important guys! So in summary use Airbnb and never book Alourn house.

Extremely professional and so easy to deal with, highly recommend Exclusive Escapes will most definitely use them again. We stayed at The Manor beautiful house, wonderful garden, clean with everything we needed just what was promised - Thank you:)

We have used Exclusive Escapes a few times now and they always go above and beyond, there service is absolutely second to none.our son left his teddy at one of the properties and the staff managed to find him and send him back to us. Again i can not recommend Exclusive Escapes enough.

Andy, the spokesperson Apparantly for Exclusive escapes.so unprofessional. Deflection is his middle game. Refuse to accept he lied until we shared with him his own voice recording. Passive aggressive, sarcastic.
We arrived to a dirty farmhouse.rotted table tennis they advertise on stayz with.and a bed that broke.they charge people 350 for a cleaning fee.and basically its theft. I have 30 photos of the state of the property as well as rotted table tennis and broken bed.they charge people 350 for a cleaning fee.people who would of paid that fee certainly wasn't used for cleaning.
Andy was unaware of our arrival.had dates wrong.
DID NOT RECIEVE A CHECK IM EMAIL. Apparantly our fault as we booked only 5 days prior? The room stay for 750 dollars ended up 2300 with deposits they make u wait a week to return.power and water cut out twice.apparently it was the tumultuous weather.even though we were out doing archery that day on a clear summy day.he was Inconvenienced we asked for a code to get in.they charge for linen.literally no pillow cases.this group is fraudulent.it wasnt until i threatened legal action and recorded messages and pics he got the bed sorted and we didnt have to sleep on the couch.the actually property is beautiful.but the owners does not need this company working for them.as i will never refer anyone to this property because of exclusive escapes. Apparantly in the country it gets dusty.i don't think andy realises people are not silly and it was months of built up dirt.and there company are collecting all these cleaning fees? Its an outright scam.it wasn't until the bosses at exclusive escapes came back on the Monday we were given a full refund.
Apparantly we shouldn't be upset about him not being prepared for our stay.and had incorrect booking dates.we shouldn't be upset our ned cpllapsed at 2am in the middle of sleep. Apparantly our granddaughters are not allowed to be upset the power went out and water cut out mid shower.i was not going to leave a review but since andy decided to write a negative one regarding us when we go away 6 to 8 times a year.we are perfectionists with cleaning.and never bother anyone if there professional and do what there paid to do. MANAGE THE PROPERTY AND GUESTS.

A fantastic home and great value, I would have no hesitation recommending the home to large families, who are responsible and respectful of others property. Thank you for your lovely home.

Have dealt with Andy on numerous occasions and he is a pleasure to deal with. Always friendly and does what he can to accommodate requests. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the mimosa beach house in dunsborough for 3 nights and the house was absolutely perfect. The layout was awesome with a huge open living/kitchen area with a beautiful fire place and large comfortable couch. Exclusive escapes were so easy to deal with, friendly and there was even a bottle of red wine on arrival which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend

We stayed in the Orana over last summer. Everything was amazing! The location and the property were perfect. Ayleen was also fantastic to liase with organising the holiday. Definitely using them again

I would not recommend staying with Exclusive Escapes. We planned a lovely getaway in Yallingup (booked Koorabin house), however Exclusive Escapes have never sent us the check-in details. We called the number that was given when I paid for the accommodation probably 10 times and no one picked up (it was still daytime, working hours). I also messaged them on the Airbnb platform and sent an email to Exclusive Escapes email that I found on their website. I also contacted AirBnB and they tried calling Exclusive Escapes too - no luck.

In summary, we were left WITHOUT accommodation when we were already in Yallingup! I had to book a room in a random hotel nearby to have somewhere to stay for the night! The unavailability of service cost us a lot of stress, time (many calls with AirBnB trying to resolve this), and money for rebooking accommodation last minute.

Exclusive Escapes got in touch the next day saying "Sorry, do you want to check in now? There was an error with our system". That's not how good customer service works. We were never given a proper apology or offered to stay in their accommodation free of charge to cover the extra costs that I encountered. I genuinely never going to use them again - I had enough stress caused by Exclusive Escapes.
