7Cool place, went to one of the offices there, lev37 the lift is fast as fu. Hahaha good coffee at the street level.

Great Accountants on 32nd floor great views of South Perth & Swan River at the moment, construction going on river side of Exchange Tower.
Went for an interview with Tellus. Friendly receptionist and nice view from level 29 meeting room. Too bad a chevron building will block it. Hopefully for the renewable reasons
The Tower itself houses Barristers’ Chambers and is fit for purpose. However it’s set back, sloping and the forecourt is not well utilised.
I wouldn’t like accessing the building from St George’s Terrace in a wheelchair.
Attended a presentation here. Coffee and snacks we really good! Very impressed with the building, as it was my first time got a bit confused with the lifts! Overall I am impressed!
Modern sitting area in the foyer with amazing staff and barista in the cafe. Wifi is aright it goes pretty fast but there is a lot of parking.
