Excel Podiatry Clinic- WILLETTON

I booked online today & got a same day appointment with Dr James Wong.

I had 2x ingrown toe nails (they have been bothering me on and off for years) and he gave me options of just leave it & monitor or have surgery procedure to remove the ingrown nail edges permanently.
It was a bit to get my head around for a same day appointment, but he was patient and supported my decision to have the procedure.

I was very nervous and he played some calming acoustic music which helped distract me. Apart from the local anesthetic the procedure was fairly quick, about 20 minutes & painless.

5 stars for my care so far today & hopefully the recovery and final outcome is also 5 stars ️

They also have a great supply of Attipas shoes so picked some up for my 14 month old who has recently started walking.

Note: I initially went to the wrong clinic but eventually found Excel the next door down & up the stairs.

Saw Dr James Wong and he was awesome. Super friendly and got me back on my feet. Very professional and easy to book.

James Wong is fabulous. Very kind and completely present to my needs (& fears!). Highly recommend this clinic.

I don't think there is a better podiatrist than Dr. James Wong at Excel Podiatry.
He treated the whole family with a wide range of issues and all assessments and treatments were to the point and with minimum expenses.
My dad had an in-grown nail for which he was quoted well above $1000 for a surgery. Dr. James treated him without surgery and with an amount of just $300. Moreover, the problem was resolved for good.

Dr. James is very gentle even for my naughty kid. He shows his expertise by telling you options and suggested way for the best treatment. The procedure is fast with less pain

I started going to see James about a year ago as part of a care plan devised by my Doctor at Apsley Medical Centre. I have had trouble with my feet for a long time, painful cracking between my toes, and yes I always dry my feet thoroughly, plus often getting little blisters, that were both annoying and painful. After my first visit James diagnosed a fungal infection, I was shocked as I couldn't see anything. He told me to buy Canistan cream, cleaned up my toenails and sent me on my way. I am happy to report after one year and visiting his clinic every ten weeks, my feet are in fantastic shape, wish I had seen him years ago! Highly recommend this man.
