John responded to my query incredibly quickly and he was friendly, receptive and very helpful with my ten million questions! I wouldn't dream of going to another company or another individual now - fantastic customer service.

Would not recommend using the mining services, very poor management, unprofessional, Low pay rates, Rude upfront personal questions, Had to report them to Occupational health and safety when I was told that I would have to go to the toilet in a plastic bag at a mine site if I wanted the job as there was not enough facilities underground!

I have been working for Evolve for over a year now the team there are amazing and are always looking out for your best interests. The scheduling team does an amazing job at making sure the jobs you are going to suit you and are always pleasant to deal with.

Applied for a fifo security position they kept me waiting for two weeks mad me go through a medical, and made me pay for a police check all for them to call and say that I have not been accepted for the roll and they had no reason for it. Unbelievable I do not recommend don’t wast your time.

It seems that they have difficulty understanding a basic enquiry on the phone such as 'May I speak to the consultant that is dealing with such-and-such position on Seek please? ' When there is no other contact details such as the person's name on the advertisement. After 3 times explaining that, it is not worth the effort.

Onboarding process was very smooth and straightforward. The team were obliging and helpful with any query I had.

BIG lack of communication inside the offices. No idea about our flights, no advice about cancelled swings, no interest in fixing problems, they take the phone calls and hung up and when they do there is a party around with people laughing.

Worked woth Evolve Talent for several months now, their professional, responsive and usually have work available for me.
