You pay a lot of $$$ to leave disappointed, yet go to another salon and get exactly what you’re wanting the first go.

We have been to this salon a couple of times before and have left satisfied, however not on this recent occassion.

Don’t be fooled by the “gas” lighting that you receive what was discussed at the consultation, as that’s not always the case. My daughter walked in with dark hair and walked out with dark hair (everyone asked if she’d even had her hair done). $300 for no change and then to be told instead of the original 1-2 sessions that will very likely get us to where we want to be, you could be looking at another 7 or more over a 12 month period.

**Do yourself a favour and get everything in writing. Otherwise they’ll say they provided what was requested**

They say their goal is to ensure every customer is satisfied with their service and to speak up if you’re unsatisfied, yet they couldn’t care less. Then when you try to review their company they go and block you on as many social media platforms as possible, go figure.

On the upside, another salon took the time to understand what we were asking for and delivered.

So ask yourself… what $$$ are you willing to fork out (or in this case throw away)?

Everytime i’ve visited Evo i’ve always felt so welcomed and all the girls are so friendly.i had their apprentice Lelia (i’m pretty sure that was her name) do my hair today and she did an amazing job.absolutely love Evo and will come back time and time again!

It was my first time at Evos hair studio today, I got a trim and an all over colour. Just watching all the girls work so closely together as a team, they were all so down to earth and so welcoming. Was a really amazing experience. Will definitely come back

Friendly, professional salon with an extensive list of products and services. Logan is incredible, she understands what the client wants and uses her experience and expertise to deliver outstanding results. I walk out feeling like a million dollars every time.

My daughter visited the salon as a feel better day, she was charged $270 for a hair makeover that brought her to tears once she left the salon. I called the manager to discuss this, she was happy for us to come back and have a chat about it. My daughter had no faith in the salon so we sought to another hairdresser to rectify the damage, this cost another $180.she was extremely happy with the fix up job.
Needless to say, we won't be ever returning to Evo salon.

I however did call you back that very day, u suggested a chat, you also said that u wanted a before and after
shot of the makeover because u were excited about it, you never took the after shot, I wonder why, yes I agree u can never get the exact same pic, but her hair was left one side one length of red and the other side another very different length, it was awful!
We left a review and now u are texting us and emailing us, can u plz stop!

This was my first visit to this salon after 18 months of not being happy with my previous salon.
The staff were professional, listened to what I wanted & worked with me to achieve the best colour & cut. Could not be happier. Excellent service, great products, very reasonable prices & a bright clean salon.

I was so impressed with the friendly knowledgeable staff, who created an environment where I felt comfortable voicing my ideas for my cut and colour. I went from medium hair to a pixie cut, Tyra was fantastic I am so happy with my new look. The products used smell wonderful and made my hair and scalp feel amazing. Thank you so much Evo studio.

I've been following the owner Tiffany for 10 years and I never regret it, the team and environment shes built is always so impressive and I'm always thrilled with the results whether its from Tiff herself or any of her staff, they always do an incredible job. I was recommended to Evo Studio by several people and was booked in today with the beautiful Nyssa! Nyssa was so knowledgeable and incredible in her craft! She wasn’t pushy towards buying products and knew what so many products actually were helpful for my hair! The cut and colour was incredible and exactly what I had hoped for!

The whole vibe of the salon was so fresh and positive and the girls genuinely loved to be there which made the environment so welcoming!

Very lovely salon with fantastic hairdressers. You will always feel fantastic after a service. Love that they are very conscious about the products they use, it is good for us and good for the environment.

My daughter had a hair emergency. Tiffany from Evo was very accommodating and kind. She fixed the problem and did a great job.

Unbelievable that Trudy who is a master when it comes to everything hair, is in byford, last time I was there a lady walked in just asking for advice as she was at the end of her patience with her unruly hair; half an hour later the lady walked out with a stunning style that made her look 20 years younger. Trudy is just amazing, try her once and you will never look back; as well as great prices, super friendly salon, I was so surprised to find out that Tiffany who used to do my hair in Armadale many years ago, also works there! I feel like I have hit the jackpot with this salon. Thank you ladies, you can't fail:)
