7 Excellent customer service and positive communication. I arranged pick up for 10am on a Saturday and they called to let me know they close 10am sharp on Saturdays. I was then informed I could pick up the hire car from 8: 30am on Saturday. This was great communication from Europcar.
The car was clean and tidy. Would recommend to others:)

Excellent customer service, friendly and the car provided was in beautiful condition. Deposit was returned promptly also.
Calls me 10mins before vehicle pickup time and says the vehicle is not available, I was already on my to the pick up location and I had confirmed booking online. Highly incompetent given that I had confirmed booking via email, wasted my time.
Amazing service. So friendly & helpful. Everything was fully explained to me. Would recommend this service to anyone. In fact my relatives were impressed as well.
Terrible service.
They forget to mention they Cannot release bond for 15 days and do not take cash even tho it's illegal to refuse legal tender. They want their vehicles returned on time but will hold your bond for 2 weeks after return. Pathetic. Will be going elsewhere in the future and will never recommend this company.
Great service and no hassle replacements when things go wrong. They've definitely improved their processes the past couple of years. Will be back
