After receiving the most stunning gift of Tanzanite and Diamond earrings that were purchased from Euphoria Jewellery we didn’t hesitate to return to Art when I wanted an old diamond tennis bracelet made into diamond stacker rings.

Wow what an amazing job Art did hand crafting them! They sit perfectly into one another and I even have enough diamonds left to make a third stacker when I want it.

I cannot fault Art’s expertise in his field. We live on the east coast of Australia and I would not go to any other jeweller!

I picked up my new ring today and I couldn't be happier. Art and Anastasia have done an incredible job of translating my ideas into a stunning piece of jewelry that I can cherish for life. They are incredibly welcoming, easy to talk to and very professional. I will definitely go back and I would highly recommend them if you want a unique and individual piece.

Disgusting, unprofessional behaviour by the owner of Euphoria Jewels, who told me my engagement ring was rubbish when it's actually not. I took my ring to Euphoria to ask for a resizing quote the day after my fiance proposed. My fiance had bought the ring elsewhere. The owner at Euphoria took one look at my ring and immediately started slandering it. He told me that there is something wrong with the diamond; it looks like it might be lab grown, the metal doesn't feel like platinum, and that it was mass produced in a factory in India. He made condescending remarks about my fiance for buying the ring. He even made comments to another customer (who I know from work) about my ring and completely embarrassed me. I left in tears. At subsequent visits to other jewellers, including Rohan down the road, I was told that my diamond has a GIA number engraved on it and according to the GIA certificate (which they looked up on their system) it is definitely a natural diamond. The ring is definitely made with platinum with a hand made setting. I later sent the ring back to the US for resizing, where it was completely remade from scratch (it was too large to resize) and the new ring was then sent back to us in Australia. It certainly did not go via India. For the Euphoria owner to make such outrageous and unsubstantiated claims about a piece of jewellery he has not even inspected properly is completely unprofessional. When I went back to tell him he was wrong about the ring, he claimed he was just being "honest". But he was really just making careless assumptions and saying my ring was poor quality to manipulate me into returning it and having him make one for me. He did bring out one of his diamonds and told me he could set it in platinum for $5000. But I love my engagement ring - I never went in there to get a new one, I wanted to get the ring resized, and I certainly did not ask for his opinion. Imagine having to run around to several different jewellery stores the day after you get engaged to check your ring is not rubbish. Horrible experience.

My partner bought an engagement ring from the store, after I had a look at the certificate, I realised we got ripped off for what we've got, the seller has excellent sales skills to trick my partner who has zero diamond knowledges.
If you know nothing about diamonds, better go somewhere else that's trustworthy
