Eugene's Pizzeria reviews
36Best pizza I had since I left Italy! Eugene’s feels a bit like home: cute little spot in East Freo, great team and customer service!
Seriously good pizza in friendly, unpretentious neighbourhood surroundings. Dine alfresco, at pavement seating or telephone your order for delivery. Take home the best tiramisu this side of Trieste or just eat it for breakfast with the really good coffee from Eugene s morning hole in the wall.
Amazing pizza and always greeted with a smile from owner Tony. Best in the area without a doubt! Now serving coffee during the week as well which is very consistent! Love visiting this vibrant strip and will be back to Eugene's very soon!
Had a blast eaten absolute delicious pizza and having a chat with the handsome chef! Great stuff they produce including the homemade tiramisu and the ice creams! You gotta go if you like proper Italian pizza!
Absolutely beautiful
Great little corner for a morning coffee and tiramisu in the sunshine and obviously evenings for the best pizza in Perth
Back to the place after many years. Little, cosy, warm. We tried two pizzas: potatoes, zola and speck as well as sausage, fennel and a sprinkle of parmigiano. Both ottime. LOVELY touch: musica italiana contemporanea, XXI Secolo. Definately going back soon. It's worth the extra 10 minutes drive. Bravo
People who want vegetarian pizza don’t come to this place. It cost me 25$ to get bread and cheese. It’s not worth it.
Closed at 7pm, but advertised as open until 8: 30pm, so a wasted journey. It would have taken you about the same amount of time to update your opening hours as it did for me to add this one star review
Edit to respond:
As a (potential) new customer my search on Google was for "woodfire pizza", "top rated" and "open now". The whole point of Google is so that people don't have to call around or look at individual websites. It's not difficult to keep your opening hours up to date, you managed to find the time to respond to this review
I really love this pizza place and have always had a great experience ordering online, but earlier tonight I placed an order, not realising the hours have changed. There was no notification or anything to indicate that my order couldn’t be made in time.
I think this would be a pretty simple function to add into the online ordering menu, so please consider it.
Outstanding little pizza place. Good value, great pizza. Lovely owner and staff. Sitting outside, on the nice and simple tables, pairing the lovely pizza with a nice wine from the bottle shop down the road - magic.
I have to say, I have never had better pizza in my life. As a daughter of an Italian man who has travelled the world, I didn’t think a pizza shop could impress me. However, the pizzas are out of this world. The pizza base is perfection, the meat delicious, high quality ingredients, the garnishes and toppings are just right. The tomato base was the most delicious base of a pizza I have ever eaten.
Secondly, you could see the love that goes into this food. The staff were concentrating hard to make good food for their guests. I love that they didn’t have pages and pages of options. Just a handful of pizzas which they have crafted to perfection. I will be coming back!
Nothing out of the ordinary. Doughy. Heavy. Better than dominoes, pales in comparison to anything one might find in Naples. It Also just peeves me when basics like table clearing are not trained into the staff.
What a great pizza the pepperoni pizza was bloody awesome my first from here I live 200 klms away staying at my dad's next time I'm back will order again great thanks
I'd rate this the best pizza I've ever had the pleasure of eating! The crust, sauce, ingredients used all make for and amazing product. Also, don't miss the ice-cream. So good.
Incredible pizza in an awesome location. I came to spread the word about the delicious gluten free bases, but I can see the secret is out already.
10/10 Best authentic pizza in Fremantle! Eugenespizzeria ticks all the boxes for real deal authentic pizzas. A must go to!
Favourite local pizza place; tasty traditional bases and toppings. Admittedly sometimes they've lost orders because they get so busy - but they've offered free local delivery so I don't have to hang around. We keep coming back.
Incredible local pizza place in East Fremantle! One of the best pizzas I have had - the margarita was a favourite with the best fresh produce. Very cool, relaxed vibe - love that you can eat your takeaway pizza out the front and enjoy the atmosphere. Took our 10 month old son who loved sitting up in the highcare munching on the crispy pizza crusts! Highly recommend.
Great pizza, fantastic smell as you walk past that lures everyone inside. Great service, i would recommend for either takeway and dine in.
Margarita Pizza is our favourite! Love sitting here watching the world and listening to the Italian radio station. Staff were friendly and pizza is delicious
