As per the other reviews, I booked an appointment and noone showed up. The side gate was locked despite the signs all being in place. I called both landline and mobile with no answer and, even worse to my mind, no return of call to offer an apology or explanation.

Given the amount of people this has occurred to I'd avoid this place.

The worst service ever. Booked appointment twice and showed up but no one was there. Never paid back my refund. Been months

This guy is absolute scum. Prepaid appointment over the internet ti show up to nobody at home or anyone there. Contacted numerous times for a refund and have been ignored. Will just have to get my refund when I see you face to face Douglas.

Showed up for my 9.30 am appointment and no one was in the building, gates all locked or no one answering mobile or landline. Drove 37mins to get here as I stay in vic park. So waste of time and money. Very unprofessional.

After reaching out to Ellenbrook Essential therapies on behalf of my wife we got her in to try dry needling and remedial massage for some ongoing health complaints. The treatment was great and gave her relief right away.

Following consultation was booked and then rescheduled with another therapist.

Trouble began when Douglas moved a future appointment twice and did not communicate in time to confirm the second appointment, so my wife showed up to the appointment and no one was there.

In summary the rescheduling and cancelling was unacceptable despite a good service.

Would not recommend. First visit he was self admittedly hung over and treatment was very unimpressive and gained no relief. Second visit I turned up and the house was absolutely trashed and he was clearly in no state to be seeing clients. He smelled and looked drunk still (930 on a Friday morning, I had to tell him it was a Friday!) Claimed his house had been broken into and trashed, empty bottles everywhere suggested otherwise.
Unfortunately for both Doug and myself it was a very unprofessional experience.

Went to see Dougie due to neck and shoulder pains. He is extremely professional with high knowledge in his field. He completed dry needling and deep tissue massage to relief me of some extreme pain. Highly recommended to everyone in pain to see Dougie at Ellenbrook Essential Therapies

I have been seeing Doug for years and would not go anywhere else. He goes above and beyond to make sure you walk out feeling 100% better then when you walk in.

He has created such a warm and welcoming environment within his business where you are treated as part of the family.

All the staff are phenomenal at what they do, they are trained in all different techniques so they can provide the perfect treatment plan for you.

I recommend Doug and his clinic to everyone!

Phenomenal staff massing, atmosphere is incredible & such professionalism. I left with less aches and pains and I will definitely going back regularly.

Left feeling great, the therapist could see my problems before formal assessment, read me by watching me take a couple steps upon entering the practice.

Have had a excellent experience here! Very professional and customer focused holistic experience. Have only been twice now but with the exercises I've been given I'm starting to feel stronger and better each day. Tension and pain has reduced immensely. Highly recommend!

I had an awesome experience at this place! Was greeted by a warm friendly atmosphere and my masseur was really professional. I went in with agony in my lower back and had some advanced soft tissue therapies that I hadn’t had before that addressed not only the problem but the other areas of my body affected by it. Needless to say feeling twice as good now. Will be coming back!

Pretty terrible customer service. Booked an appointment for my partner. As he'd never been there before, had to pay a deposit. Last minute they cancelled the appointment. I tried phoning back to rebook but no one ever answers. Sent an email. But weeks later no reply

No relief at all with first session, then Doug cancelled my next appointment last minute (ie 20minutes before appointment) not just once but twice with a different excuse. May have been good at one stage but no longer and demonstrates little care for his business.

One can't say much more than Douggie is the master of needles. The remainder of the staff are also highly proficient in there fields.

I had a sore neck and shoulder for 3 days to the point I couldn't move anymore, they scheduled me in for the next morning (I posted at night to Facebook) I went an spent an hour with tasha and it has been perfect ever since! I cannot wait to keep going back. I Feel amazing. And the customer service is on point. Highly recommend!

Suffering from Tennis Elbow received dry needling to relieve pain work an absolute treat tight muscles gone pain subsided also cupping on my back and legs so much relief almost feel asleep always look forward to my massages with Doug!

Rocked up out of the blue as I was only home for a few days and never managed to do a booking lucky they had a spare spot he could Chuck me in last minute, I had a bad shoulder from sports season that was restricted movements and causing pain and tingling constantly down my left arm, after a full check over, Doug find out the problem wasn't just in my shoulder but my neck, chest and upper back with the challenge ahead it took Dougie only a few hours of cups and dry needling to finally ease everything and was able to get full range of motion back in my shoulder and after two days still don't have any form of tingling or pain, I'll be a returning customer with the care and great service I was shown as a walk in
