Jess was so warm and welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Her friendly chatter put me at ease. She was professional and knowledgeable. The salon was clean and well maintained.

I am a new mum and had booked an appointment for a bit of self care! Unfortunately just before my appointment my childcare fell through - which meant I showed up with my 6 week old. Jess was unbelievably accommodating and showed me so much warmth. I had expected I’d be turned away- but instead she made adjustments to the room to fit my pram, dealt with multiple interruptions from my newborn who needed to be held and settled through my appointment. She was a total superstar and truly made my day. Highly recommend!

Got my medusa pierced again from when I had to take it out a while back due to work. The lady who did my piercing was lovely, but didn't inform me that there would be a trainee with me in that room as well.
She did inform me of aftercare, which is good.

She was very rough with piercing my upper lip and didn't go through any breathing techniques during the piercing process which is highly recommended.
It was also very over priced in my opinion. $94.50.

Off Ya Tree can be a hit or hard miss with piercings, but it definitely was better than my experience at essential beauty.

I went in with my son to get his ear pierced. The girls were fabulous and very helpful. They explained everything we needed to know. The salon was spotless. I'll definitely be back for more treatments.

I had my 5 year old daughter’s ear pierced here. It was a great experience and staff were really good and the process is smooth and quicker.

Came here on the 3rd of january to get my rook replaced to a hoop and also looking for help because some of my other piercings had been irritated recently.despite my rook barbell being on incredibly tight and being super difficult to remove, all the girls working today helped me until it was able to be changed to the hoop i wanted.they also helped me put the bump dots on my conch.came here once before when the ball on my barbell fell off previously and they were also incredibly helpful and kind then.first time i’ve left a review for anywhere but their service was amazing and they are my go to for any piercing issues i have in perth.

I had the best experience with Olivia she was so sweet and made the laser hair removal experience so quick and pain free. Extremely professional and amazing customer service.

I recently went into Essential Beauty Southlands to get some new jewellery for my nose piercing and Jess helped me pick out the perfect jewellery she was very thorough and the entire salon was very clean!

I had a long overdue appointment for my eyebrows today. Preet was amazing! So lovely and did a fantastic job making the look more like cousins

Got my facial done here & i couldn't be happier. Ever since using the skin care recommended to be by Olivia, my skin has been phenomenal! Would highly recommend a facial from these guys.

I have been going to essential beauty Southlands now for awhile and will only continue to go back because of Sasha. She is such a lovely person who makes you feel comfortable and relax, and always there for a chat and listens to you like you’re talking to a best friend you’ve known for years.

I recently went to Sasha for help with my skin, she recommended products and a facial, was not pushy at all and really knew what she was talking about. She was amazing and it was so comfortable to be around her! Thank you Sasha I’ll be coming back:)

I recently went into essential beauty Southlands and was lucky enough to have Sasha as my beauty therapist. All the staff at Southlands are super friendly and helpful but Sasha in particular was so welcoming and professional throughout my entire treatment. I was really nervous about going in to get a piercing but Sasha was so lovely and highly experienced, that the nerves went away super quick. I would highly recommend to anyone and particularly booking in with Sasha, she’s amazing!

Thank you to the wonderful Jane at Essential Beauty Southlands who not only did an amazing job with the treatment, but took such good care of me. I was extremely nervous as it was my first wax after having surgery and Jane went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable and catered to my needs with sensitivity in working around my scar. Got my 2 daughters to get their ears pierced and the service by 2 young ladies there was just wonderful. They made the girls feel comfortable and were very patient in their approach with kids. Will surely recommend to all.
