Look the service was friendly but i got my ears pierced last week wednesday and my ears are that infected it isn’t even funny. Following all the rules and spraying twice a day i ended up going to the doctors and getting them removed for the doctor to tell me that hair had been pierced through with the piercing. I am in so much pain it isn’t even funny

I had my first piercing done here and it was amazing, and i had some troubles and they had no problem redoing it again, so amazing and such lovely people

Had my daughters ears done and got a spray and the bottle lid wasn’t secured on and got out of the shops and it broke I tried going back into the shop but they had shut earlier then there shut time so I couldn’t talk to them about it but rang the store the next day and they won’t give a refund or give me a new bottle just told me to bring bottle to show them but wont do anything else about it even though it wasn’t my fault it could have been broken under the lid before I even got it you should take responsibility for your products what ever happened to customers are always right considering I got told by another store when I had to buy a new bottle that everyone always comes to them to get a spray for their ears because yours are not great

Had dermabration facial. Chloe provided a great service. She was very gentle and made me feel relaxed. I’ve promised myself to visit here more often.

Went in to ask about purchasing jewellery. Girl in there was so quick to say she didn't have time. No help at all. I walked out.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
I went to get my ear piercing jewellery changed and I have had the piercings for years. The lady took three phone calls when I was in the room bleeding from her being so rough and they haven’t bleed for years. She also over charged me by a lot. I was charged $150 to change my ear rings. She also didn’t change one of my earrings even though I brought the jewellery so both could be changed, she just gave me the jewellery and said “just keep the earring I only changed one” (I asked for both to be changed) she was also super rude.

Chloe is amazing super friendly and she makes you feel at ease. Both my kids and myself have had piecing with her. I now have 11 piercings can’t seem to stop. She is super efficient and always makes sure that you are happy.

Chloe is the BEST! She is so lovely and does the best job of our daughter’s eyebrows and lashes making her feel amazing? Our daughter is a young teen and self conscious of her light eyebrows and lashes, and Chloe does an amazing job of making them look more defined while also keeping them super natural and perfect for a young girl. Thanks so much!

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had getting a Brazilian wax. The lady was extremely rough and I was left bleeding and with wax sticking to me everywhere and not to mention it being extremely painful, yes this is a painful procedure however this was a whole new level the way she was carelessly ripping. Disappointing to say the absolute least

Horrible customer service, I went with my friend to get her nose pierced and I had my done but at a different place, the lady that did my friends ear seemed extremely rushed and uncoordinated, she knocked down a lot of things and pushed me out of the room when I was saying bye to my friend, this was really worrying for me because I know that you aren't supposed to knock things over before doing something that needs attention

The staffs are inexperienced. They provided misinformation and when confronted they completely ignore the complaints. Strongly recommend to double check other places before going here.

I came by yesterday to have my ears pierced and I had an awesome experience

I don't remember the names of the two ladies who assisted me, but they were so kind and accommodating and didn't make me feel uncomfortable in the slightest (some piercers have) they talked me through the procedure and they didn't mind at all about changing the placement and making sure they were perfect for me

I was quite nervous as there is a fair amount of scar tissue in my ears as I had stretched ears for 7 years and had them sewn up about a year ago, so I was worried about there being issues with the scar tissue, but she had no issue at all
The piercings were over very quickly and she did an absolutely awesome job
I can't wait to come back to you guys to get my seconds done, thank you for awesome service

Having the Manager of the shop answer quote "whatever" to a customer whom is clearly distressed with the rash their product left is both childish and unprofessional. Agressive reactionary behavior is something id expect from a school kid not a manager, should be a good listener and more empathic towards a customer who was clearly in the right and upset.
End result customer was refunded but should never been spoken to like they wernt important.ego check please.wouldnt go there again ever!
