Not happy at all with the result of my wax today the lady left so much hair behind for a service meant to have no hair left. The service itself was awful the lady barely spoke no warning as well just ripping the wax strips unexpectedly at one part one got caught on a very sensitive part and she proceeded to rip it along with my skin. I’ve had waxes done before and usually you would be offered disposable underwear and powder is used so it doesn’t hurt so bad. I was in extreme pain and got home to see the damage done I would never go for a wax there again. The service is terrible and you can tell they are just trying to rush through.

Jess was fantastic, such a lovely person that did a great job with my nose piercing. Would recommend to everyone I know.

Today I got a belly button piercing with Jess S, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with warm arms by the lady at the front desk (didn't get her name) She proceeded to guide me about signing a form online for my piercing. A friend came in with me and was in the room while I was getting my belly done. Jess was so calming, kind, and supportive as I was nervous to get it done, she let my friend hold my hand and counted me down, after the piercing I felt a bit dizzy (I did eat was just nerves) so they gave me some water and a lollipop. The service was absolutely amazing as they cared for me so well and couldn't thank them enough for an experience and an awesome new piercing:)

Very professional. The manager attended to my piercing and offered me advice on skincare. Full of young kids with a buzzy vibe. Rooms were very clean.

We had a brilliant first time piercing experience for my daughter on her birthday. Amy was so lovely, made my daughter feel at ease and made the whole experience really special for her. Thank you so much Amy

I had previously experienced excellent service at this place and was so impressed that I recommended it to my friend. However, today's visit was a huge disappointment. One of the staff members was extremely rude, which left a sour impression. Unfortunately, I have decided not to return to this store in the future.

Went on Saturday for eye brow wax and tint. Left eyelid burnt and scabbed over red marking still there. Very sore. Not a good experience.

Reena was absolutely lovely. She was calming and sweet, and did such a thorough job. She knew her procedure and facts well, and made waxing bearable! Such a great employee. Definitely will be coming back for other services.

Get my eyebrows waxed every fortnight by Amy and she’s amazing! Does such a good job and so lovely to chat to, would 100% recommend her.

I got my 3 year old daughter’s ears pierced yesterday. I am super impressed with the patience the staff had to find the right spot. They were very efficient and super quick too!

Amazing experience at EB Cockburn! I had a body piercing done with Caitlyn as my piercer. She was very professional and reassuring throughout the whole process. Can't recommend Caitlyn or Essential Beauty enough!

Jess was absolutely amazing. I walked in booked for eyebrow wax and tint and left with amazing eyebrows and a nose piercing, which is something I’ve wanted for ages.

Jess was super caring and walked through everything before doing it. Can’t have asked for better.

I had a wonderful experience with Teji and Jess, who did my waxing and eyelash lift. Teji was very gentle when waxing, and it was as painful free as waxing can be. Jess did a fantastic job with my eyelashes, they came out really lifted and curled! 100% will be booking in with those two girls again

Jess was absolutely amazing. She talked my son through the whole experience. He was extremely nervous and Jess had him breathing deeply and explained how the breathing was getting rid of all his neeves etc 10/10 would recommend her to any nervous people.

Jess M is absolutely amazing at her job, she noticed I was nervous and talked me through the process of ear piercing and made sure they lined up properly before performing the procedure. An absolute professional at her job, I had such a wonderful experience with her. I could not recommend her enough.

We got our 5 year old daughters ear pierce at Cockburn Essential Beauty. The staff are amazing and the whole process was pleasent from start to finish. And she got a cute teddy xx she doesn't look happy in the photo but an icecream for bravery fixed it pretty quick.

Would definitely recommend for anyone getting their child's ears done.

Super impressed with how the ladies soothed my 2.5 yr old daughter's nerves at her 1st ever ear piercing appointment.
They were so professional, patient and very kind. The Brave Bear and unlimited candies was a vital touch. Now she's in love with her 'Princess Ears'.
