I have been to Essential beauty a couple times now and seen Courtney for my piercings. Great chick to chat with and piercings done very quickly. Rest of employees are really nice and shop is very clean. I'm very grateful for Courtney doing my piercings and rest of employees, for all my hassles prior to 1st time visit.

Courtney is awesome. She is very quick when she's actually piercing, which is great. She takes the time to explain everything to you and is really helpful if you're having problems with an existing piercing. Highly recommend Courtney!

We had Courtney do our nose piercings and my daughter's belly button piercing. Courtney is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Courtney made us feel safe and talked us through the whole process. Courtney is confident with the piercing procedure and certainly knows her craft. I recommended Courtney to two of my friends and they too thought she was great to deal with, and subsequently returned to her for their other piercings. I had book appointment for 2pm however for personal emergency I could not attend the appoint so I called in 10 mins before the appoint that I cannot reach and will have to reschedule. However the receptionist that answered my call started arguing with me as to why I did not know an hour before and like she had to let go other appointments. At this point I couldn’t do much but apologies as I was shocked about how she was responding and asking me questions as to why I canceled it.

With this in mind I did not event want to reschedule with them nor do I recommend it to anyone.

Got my conch pierced on Friday arvo by Courtney. She is excellent, quick, professional and a really lovely person to boot. Her anatomy knowledge is great and she gives good honest advice. Highly recommend her. Business is clean and very professional, good choice of jewellery and knowledgeable staff.

Literally in love, got two helix piercings.the place is very hygienic, i was greeted with a warm smile. 10/10 recommended, very good prices and my helix piercings are really pretty

Staff were friendly on arrival. Was booked on saturday the 26th for a monroe piercing at 9.30. Took the lady 2 mins to do it. That night the monroe piercing fell out not very impressed!

Professional but after i got my 2nd lobe percing did they say their jewlery was only coated gold; after i asked the lady TWICE "is it solid gold? " One ear infection and 3 lots of antibiotics later.i went back for help!

I had my eyebrows waxed on Thursday & was very happy with the customer service but for some reason it did hurt more then usual but didn’t think anything of it as I go red for an hour or so after getting them waxed but then when I got into the car and look in the mirror, I noticed I got burnt a little under both eyebrows (got photo evidence) which have been very painful & uncomfortable.
I just thought I would post this to advise the salon so it doesn’t happen again.

Have been seeing Marissa for quite some time and couldn't ask for better service. She is always, smiling, friendly and makes you feel completely welcome and at ease.

I booked in to get my daughters ears pierced, I walked in and we were greeted with a smile by a lady named Marissa, who helped us pick out the earrings and size that would look good, she then brought us through to the room for her piercing, she was very patient and kind while my daughter fussed around on my lap. Definitely will be coming back when my other little one is ready for her ears to be done!

Such a friendly and welcoming salon. Love my regular visits with Marissa and her amazing attention to detail!

Courtney has been waxing and tinting my eyebrows for about 3+ years, perfect everytime and the service is beautiful. Well worth the 80km round trip.
