Great service. The ladies in this store are so kind and down to earth. Made the whole experience pleasant for my daughter getting her ears pierced with a needle (3rds) which she was nervous about.

Thankyou soo so much to the 2 lovely ladies at Mandurah forum on Monday 22/05/23 for taking extra special care to make sure her 2nd lobe piercings were aligned.

They made my daughter age 6 yrs feel real comfortable with her first ear piercing. Unfortunately they had run out of teddy bears for her. She is so happy to have ear rings. Cheers

Nothing about their work. The service system where you book. 3 times now it's failed and iv turned up and been cancelled or double booked. One time I was double charged and nothing was done.

Sarah was superb. Listened to my requests for my eyebrow shaping and colour and took such care. Was coming off two disastrous experiences at other salons. Cannot recommend Sarah enough.

I recently got my industrial pierced a few days ago, I had an amazing piercing experience which was quick and almost pain free, have never wanted to spend money buying a cleaning spray but bit the bullet this time and is definitely worth the money every time I use it I can actually feel it cleaning the piercing

I had the best experience today at essential beauty it was my first time ever getting waxed and sarah made me feel so comfortable and the experience a lot better than I thought she gave me breaks when I needed and talked me through everything which made me feel reassured I highly recommend choosing sarah as your beautician she is amazing!

Amazing laser service and Karri-Ann is super accommodating when I change booking dates at least 4-5 times a session

Have been a client for many many years. Started off with Brazilian waxing, then moved over to IPL where I’ve had fantastic results and am never looking back, have also done my underarms and legs too. Had other services such as brow and lip waxing and ear piercings.
Karri-Ann is an amazing beautician and has great banter. Who needs a therapist when you have a Karri-Ann that knows the ins and outs of your life and body

I come for an eyebrow wax and tint and they are always perfect. I don't suit "Glamazon" thick brows and they understand (but would definitely do it upon request I'm sure).

Hands down one of the best beauty salons I have ever been too, the staff are the most amazing and kindest people ever. They do an outstanding job every time I come in and see the girls no matter what therapist they do the best job. Would highly recommend essential beauty to anyone that gets waxing, tinting, piecing's, laser etc. I have never had an issue and I've been coming for the past 2 years never planning on changing salons:).

I have been going to Essential Beauty in the Mandurah forum for a while now because their pricing is very reasonable and the staff not only do a great job but they are super friendly and make the whole experience a pleasant one. Highly recommend this store.
