Esperance Clearwater Motel Apartments

This accommodation is perfect!
Very new, 1 minute away from everything, a washing machine in the bathroom, a little patio outside and a garage for your car - which we were impressed by.
The girls who run the clear water are so lovely and accommodating.
Will definitely be back!

We had a very good stay at this place and wished we had more time to stay longer and explore more of the beaches. Claire was really friendly and helpful. Really thankful for her to recommend a scenic drive for us when she knows that we do not have enough time. She’s really great! Will definitely come back again!

We cannot recommend this place highly enough very clean comfortable and in close proximity to everything that is required. Claire, the manager goes out of her way to help you with everything that you could require. Her service is exceptional. I just loved being there. Thank you very much Claire for all your help. Thanks for the directions back to Albany. Going through the Stirling ranges, my god such beauty and also LeGrand National Park. Clear view apartments also have a great laundry which I had Heaps of clothes to wash due to lack of laundry services in previous places. Thank you Claire so much for your wonderful service. Great King bedropm apartment. Stayed at the Annex location. 10 mins walk away from IGA shopping area and Esplanade foreshore.

The location was fantastic, the facilities perfect, and staff really friendly and happy.

The beds were also very comfortable, and it'll be my first go-to when I head back in a few months!

Great location, immaculately clean and well presented luxury cabin style accommodation. Good beds, kitchen spotless and well provisioned with all essential items including tea and coffee for arrival. Lovely friendly staff, sad we only could stay 2 nights.

Best part about this place is the location as it's near the shore. Room was a bit hospital like, but definitely not the worst place we've stayed!

Great little motel, very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a decent sized kitchen and bathroom. Shower is also great with a nice high pressure rain style shower.

Very helpful front desk staff member. Comfortable and clean units. Would stay there any time again.

We stayed in a ' superior apartment '.
Good things: very comfortable extra large bed, enclosed garage for car, great size bathroom with washing machine, small dishwasher and wonderful oven in well equipped kitchen, adequate living area, effective aircon, adequate dining area and a table and chairs on patio also. The apartment is in a lovely quiet area at end of Dempsey St and this made it a good holiday place for us, a retired couple.
Areas for improvement: there's no BBQ on patio, nor anything like a pot? Plant out there to entice one to use it ; the living area could be better - e.g. A coffee table rather than one tiny side table and a floor rug to give softness to the furnishings ; the bedroom had small bedside drawers and a clothes rack but no closet or shelves or wardrobe. We were staying 10 days so would have appreciated these things to make our stay more comfortable. We certainly paid enough to warrant them. Even if we were there a few days some bedroom shelves would be appreciated.
The reception service was friendly with one change of linen offered during our stay. This was appreciated, though we missed the usual hand towels on offer at most motel units. We had two nice big bath towels and a face cloth each.
Overall, clean, modern, hospitable accommodation but just lacking a few finishing touches to make it more homely.

Beautiful units. Very clean and comfortable. Only staying the one night, wish we’d stayed longer. Super close to everything in town as well.

Yes I would recommend.

The self-contained standard room we were in was perfect.
The shower has good pressure, the bath room is clean, the kitchenette has everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the reverse cycle aircon works well and is perfectly placed on the wall to warm the whole apartment - we visited in Winter.
Street noise is neither here or there for us as we wanted to be in town so that's expected, plus I sleep like a log so didn't hear to much.
Will definitely be back down here to stay.
The Lady at reception - Vanessa (correct me if I'm wrong) has been nothing but helpful and has been a dream to deal with.

Wonderful apartments, centrally located off the Esplanade. Family of four stayed in a two bedroom apartment, also traveled with a family of 3 in a two room apartment. (Apartment 4 and 9). Both were very clean and well appointed, huge comfortable beds, fresh crisp linens and towels. Apartment 9 was more than big enough for the four of us, full size dining table, comfy couch, great tv, kitchen with everything we needed for our stay. Kids didn't argue about Macca's next door either. Staff were excellent, responsive to a little problem after hours, apologies and quick fixes.

Definitely a top recommendation for an Esperance stay!

Far more than just a 'motel'

After ringing over 15 hotels in the area, confronted with rude and arrogant hotel staff - utterly unwilling and very unprofessional.we rang this place, we were greeted with a amazing, kind, and caring woman, who went over and above! I just want to stay thankyou so much! Myself and my family will be back and we will be sure to recommend you to everyone we know when coming to Esperance. BEST MOTEL IN ESPERANCE FOR KINDNESS, PROFESSIONALISM AND AMENITIES!
And. Across the road from the shops, foreshore, and restaurants. What more could you want? Amazing Location!

Great location not far from the ocean. Extremely helpful and polite staff. Rooms are comfortable and very well kept. Enjoyed our stay!

Parking needs to be sorted out. Tell tenants where they can park their cars etc. Some rooms don't really have a car park that you can use unless you have a mini.

Not for us. The Clearwater annex apartments (should possibly say overflow) are substandard, sterile and therefore overpriced. The notion of comfort has eluded the designer dramatically. The shower is showing mold and sofa is fit to throw out, couldn’t even sell it. The internet is nonexistent. That obviously affected our enjoyment and stay dramatically. Advise staying somewhere else unfortunately. Regards Chris.

For the readers. The comments I raised above are substantiated by other reviewers previously. I aim to advise travelers on these issues because Im highly experienced in this, love traveling and care about people and their experiences, nothing more than that. My purpose is to expose the traps and pitfalls, just like this, which the providers, I guess, are never going to like. The feedback is there purely to facilitate improvement. Really nice, up to date and well-appointed motel. Light-sleepers should know traffic was quite noisy from early in the morning. Staff were excellent!

We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place, Mark and team did an amazing job in arranging the beach house, our entire families including kids really loved our stay. We fortunately got the availability during the Christmas period and the booking process was smooth, overall 5/5
