Esperance Bay Holiday Park

A pretty good park walking distance to town and beach, was nice and quiet at night considering the park was busy around christmas time. Staff were nice would stay again and recommend to others

Clean showers lovely reception when you arrive only a bit noisy with the wharf near the park, and sites are al bit tight

The campground is well cared for and hosts were pleasant. Some of the sites seem nice but our site was a bit of a joke. Beyond definitely being the tiniest site I’ve ever stayed on, we were wedged on a tiny strip of grass between a campsite road and a massive WALL blocking the highway. We could barely fit our tent with a small table and two chairs after having to park the car in the front of the spot. The size of the spot was bad but what really got me was having a massive blooming wall behind us. Absolutely not the experience you want when you’re camping. Camp kitchen was also the size of a hallway.took me two laps around the building to find it because I hadn’t even considered it could be where it was. If you call and ensure you don’t get stuck in the strip of sites against the wall, it may be worth your while. Otherwise, wouldn’t bother.

Very clean although small has a great feel to the park. Lovely kept lawns.

Close to town, jetties and restaurants.

Very easy check-in and friendly welcoming staff was a great start, room was very clean and bright with plenty of space and great location, also very quiet. Will definitely stay again if visiting Esperance.

Read the fine print when booking a reservation. I have become unwell and due to covid testing had to self isloate until results in. I contacted Park via email at my disappointment in not being able to visit the lovely accommodation and would I be able to get a partial refund if not all. I received an email via booking company that there was a no refund policy. So don't get sick as there is no refund of any sort. The company who owns the Park can do refunds but it's up to their discretion.but no take my $330

The staff gave us a really nice camp site with some cabins blocking the wind. Well facilitated with everything you need. Tv room is quite cozy. Everything is clean.

This was our third stay at the Park. Still happy with its features. Amenities clean, Park itself neat and tidy. Friendly staff good location. Reasonable tarif.

After driving a massive 10hr trip with my wife and one year old baby, all we were looking forward to was a good nights rest, in what we thought would be a safe and comfortable caravan park. Within minutes of arriving and setting up, our property was vandalised, the power cord was maliciously cut. Upon discovery we called the after hours number to speak to the manager, who came down to look at what had happened, he agreed it had in fact been cut and advised us “this had never happened before” but he had no solutions to offer us. We had to ask for a replacement cord, which he said he would only lend us and we could go and buy another cord tomorrow. We asked him, “well what is your duty of care? Are you not willing to replace the cord for us as this has happened on your property, ” he told us “we won’t be paying for a thing with a chuckle and a smile. ” As you can imagine our complete frustration as our one year old had just gone to sleep and now we didn’t feel safe and with absolutely no help or empathy from the manager, who treated us like idiots and insinuated that because it had never happened before.it could have been us? DISGUSTED in how we were treated, and feeling like the person could come back and vandalise our motor home further, we decided to leave. My daughter extremely upset that we had to wake her and put her back in a car seat for another 8 hours to Bunbury, I wouldn’t even give these people a 1 star rating. RUDE. UNEMPATHETIC, DISGUSTED, how you can treat a young stressed out family this way. Whilst we didn’t expect a replacement for free, we did expect some level of customer service the fact our property was damaged on their land at their park where we pay to stay and feel safe, and to n even be offered a replacement cord, (Which they had, but was not going to give us!) DO NOT STAY HERE! Stay at any other park but here. I’m sure the manager will have a lovely reply with an excellent excuse for his behaviour, I hope you are smarter than we are and bypass this caravan park altogether, it’s not worth the hassle or the level of service you will receive (lack there of) completely ruined our stay in Esperance and tainted every bit of our view on it. I am not complainer by any means, Never ever in my life left a bad review, always go out of our way to treat people nicely and leave good reviews to help promote future business, I and my wife, are compelled to write this as we literally cannot believe what just happened to us.

Stayed in a 1 bed unit, it was very clean and comfortable. Large parking space directly in front (handy when driving a ute- our previous stop had tiny bays we could barely fit in). Staff were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable of the area. Great location. Our friends were caravanning and they were very happy with their sites too.

Top spot for relaxing. The amenities were clean and up-to date. The community feel was great. My family really enjoyed our stay. We'll be back again.

We enjoyed our stay but the only problem is they got kitchen but they don't have pots for cooking. 1st park we stayed without cooking pots,

I found the accommodation very homey. Was said to leave and wishing I stayed longer thats how peaceful and relaxing the accommodation was. Heating was very good. Warm place in minutes. Having the heating blanket in bed warmed the bed up so quick that sleeping felt great.

Lovely little park. The 1 bedroom cabin we are in is lovley and clean and all that we need. Parking is great and the owners are lovely people. They also have a great book selection as well!

Nice place has all the facilities needed. There are a few campsites next to the motorway wall which seems a little funny but didn't really have too much trouble sleeping there. Nice hospitality.

Great park that while small is very clean and well kept. Stayed in a self contained cabin and could not fault it. The park is close to everything and is also very quiet.

The chalet was clean. The shower was a bit on the small size. Apart from that it was good. They were having problems with NBN so the internet kept dropping out, not their fault, hope you get it sorted soon.

The only good thing at this place are the washing machines.
The kitchen tap is broken. The kitchen is smelly and super tiny, and the sites for tents are cramped with almost no space to move. I can't understand why this place has best ratings in Esperance.
Not worth the price and the experience.
I've just been to campgrounds in Hopetoun and Stokes National Park and had the best time and best deals quality/price.
I would not recommend staying at this Caravan Park.

Stayed in chalet for five nights. Clean, well maintained. Everything supplied. Quiet location and easy pleasant walking distance to town and foreshore. Helpful, friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Very friendly owners & staff, extremely well maintained grounds and facilities. The road & train noise for the grain loading wharf can be a bit much in the early hours so I'd recommend earplugs
