Visited the showroom and bought the items we needed. Mel was very helpful and patience as he explained that orders need to be placed online.thus, we created an account on the spot via the desktop provided at the showroom. Placed our order and collected our items on the same day.will definitely come back again.

Visited store in Malaga. Was unsure how to buy anything, no instructions.
You have to use one of the PC's and create an account to order items. No problem with that.
Had some issues with order process, resolved by customer service.
Good quality products and scents.

Customer service is none existent. You order on a computer in the showroom, so if you need advice, tough luck. I ordered and paid for some items to then be told one item was out of stock. Refund process is a complete debacle, so far I have been waiting a week. Save yourself some stress and go to ACS, customer service is amazing and not out to rip you off.

The boys were great, so friendly and helpful. They knew what we needed and went above and beyond in navigating our order.

Can't rate eroma highly enough. We had a big order which was filled within minutes. Very efficient helpful friendly staff. Out of 5 stars I give them 10.

The customer service from staff of both the warehouse and showroom is excellent, they were very helpful. The pricing is also so much cheaper than other places in Perth. Its so easy to do a click and collect

Everything I need! The staff here are super helpful and friendly, and have all the answers to any candle questions you may have. I came in looking to try out some new jars, and was able to make my order on-site and receive it just moments later! Highly recommend if you'd like to visually see some candle supplies and get some advice. Very high quality for great prices.

So glad Eroma is now in Perth! They've always been great to buy from and now it's even better as my orders arrive really quickly. Their products are definitely higher quality than other places I've bought from.

Fast shipping, painless experience, good pricing, and they had what I wanted in diffuser oil fragrance even though I thought it unlikely. I wouldn't recommend you change anything.
