I have never benefited from therapy like I do when I have a session with Ernest. I feel heard, understood and valued. He has changed my outlook on life in many ways. My anxiety levels are lowered by almost 90% and at times 100%. It is worth every penny as it is a real investment in self. He makes your journey easier and guide you through all obstacles in a loving and nurturing way. Honestly, in today’s world everyone should go for sessions to keep the mind healthy. I am forever grateful to Ernest for helping me transform my frequent out bursts of anger that I was experiencing previously. Ernest just hits the nail on the head every time! He is really intuitive and gets to the heart of the issue then and there. He then gets onto doing the job at hand to assist you with processing your issue and resolving it. I think he is actually a wizard conducting some sort of sorcery!

Ernest has a magic way of holding space for you while he gets to root of your matters. The use of many different modalities and tools in each of his sessions is seamless, he is direct yet very nurturing and his capacity to hone in on your exact issue and assist with laying it to rest is outstanding. You never feel rushed or like just another number, he goes above and beyond to ensure you walk out having achieved substantial internal shifts. So very grateful.

Ernest is a very professional and talented NLP practitioner who has a great no-nonsense approach to the way he practices. Sometimes you go to counsellors and it’s a lot of fluff that sounds nice but then doesn’t get you anywhere in hindsight, whereas Ernest cuts out what doesn’t need to be dealt with and gets right to the core of the issue and how it can be rectified through various means such as altering the way your mind perceives an event or patterns/conditioning. He was recommended to me by a friend and I would recommend him to anyone looking to make a big change in their lives!
