I just bought a Vertical mouse and was out of stock, like everything everywhere these days but Steven got it sorted ASAP from their warehouse and it was delivered to me in Melbourne as planned

Jeanne is amazing. Her customer service is excellent. She was incredibly patient with me (I was stuck on the phone with an important matter) and my kids (who were unfortunately running amuck). It’s really great to still be able to receive such service with understanding. It’s very scarce nowadays. Also she was very knowledgeable and picked up on things that were unfortunately missed by others, for which I’m grateful for. So I really appreciate her thoroughness and understanding. I highly recommend Ergolink, specifically Jeanne’s awesome service and expertise.
Ergolink provide excellent customer service and quality products. Their product and technical knowledge is exceptional. At different times over the last few of years I have bought a sit/stand desk, ergonomic chair, ergonomic keyboard and an ergonomic oyster mouse from them. In that time my employer moved south of the river but I still travel to Ergolink in Balcatta as the service they provide is worth the drive.
