Equinox Restaurant & Bar

Only went for coffee so no review on food. Mediocre service & I’ll leave you with the reason I gave 1 star…. $8 for coffee! A long black is only water & coffee so no milk in the costing. Daylight robbery.

$32 for a seafood pizza with 2 prawns on it.
Pretty sure the pizza was smaller than a dinner plate.
Chips over cooked for $12 with a minimal serving.
Staff had asked how everything was going and I mentioned the stinginess of the prawns and solution was to take it back to the chef.what's the point, this is what they served that is what they are happy to give customers.
No wonder why the place was literally empty in the middle of lunch rush on a busy summers day.
They only reason we put up with the high price was because everywhere else was to busy.

A must visit when visiting busselton. Park and play equipment for kids nearby, great views. Excellent selection of beers and their menu has a great variety with ingredients all locally sourced. 6 stars if I could give it.

I didn't get the lady's name but she was great, even bringing out an ice cream bowl with a candle as it was our son's 5th birthday on Father's Day.
Will definitely be back.

My husband & I were there for dinner on the 1 September (last night) for our wedding anniversary. Food was amazing. I had the roast chicken & my husband had the Angus steak. It was heaven on a plate. Great service. Thank you guys for a memorable evening.

Beautiful food. Tables aren't all crammed together so there's lots of space for everyone. Service was fantastic!

We went for dinner last night for my Husbands birthday. The food was divine and the service was exceptional. We had the chicken Maryland, lamb fettuccine special, reef and beef, and the special Asian pork belly.
They brought out our desert with a candle on top, singing ‘happy birthday’. We felt very relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Absolutely lovely place, overlooking Busselton Jetty. Great food and such efficient, friendly staff.

Went for lunch with my family and it was an amazing experience. Yummy food, fantastic view and most extensive kids menu I've ever seen. Shout out to our waiter, Hausin, the most attentive guy in the world - he really made the whole experience Will definitely be back!

Had a beautiful breakfast and outstanding service with hubby and a coffee just as we love it! Gorgeous venue with a relaxing view overlooking the Busselton Jetty, what more could a girl ask for

Lovely polite service, coffee was fabulous, scones fresh, could do with a bit more jam tho. Carrot cake was great but I would suggest the proper cream cheese icing please. Had a lovely time with my partner. Thank you

Lovely venue and service BUT ordered the scotch fillet rare. It was very thin, cooked fairly well but was a very bad steak with a big line of gristle in it. The response from the complaint to the chef was that cut of beef needs to be done medium so the gristle cooks down? I'm very disappointed as I know a restaurnt quality scotch fillet should be great blue and definitely doesn't have that amount if any gristle.

Went for breakfast. We both asked for scrambled egg and crispy bacon. Should be pretty simple. Egg was OK. Bacon was nothing like crispy. It was still pink and soft and very greasy. Very disappointing. Same thing happened on the last occasion plus we had to wait 40 minutes. Last visit to Equinox.

Arrived with no booking for a late lunch 2: 30pm, staff were very friendly and professional. Food came out super quick and was delicious. I had the portobello burger. Will definitely come back……. The large windows facing the waterfront provide a lovely view.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. We arrived around 5.30pm and surprisingly the restaurant was empty. We got a window table and saw the amazing sunset over the beach. Stunning views.
As we were being seated we asked for the kids pasta for our toddler son who was starving, and said we would order our meals after we decided. His pasta came out in less than 5 minutes. He absolutely loved it. The waiter warned us the bowl was hot and grabbed a plate so we could cool down the pasta fast and our son could eat off.
We ordered and the meals came out after about 10 minutes, we were very happy with the speed.
I had the creamy garlic prawn linguine. Delicious, and a very generous serving of prawns. Normally you only get about 4 prawns in a dish like this, but I had over 12 king prawns in my pasta. Really tasty. My husband got the special which was pulled lamb with veges. He says it was also delicious with a generous serving.
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating - especially to our toddler who got a colouring pack with crayons and a cup of milk with his dinner.
Dessert was cheesecake - again, delicious. Our son got the ice-cream. We requested no sauce, so they offered sprinkles (which delighted our son).
By the time we were leaving at 7, the tables were starting to fill. I'm amazed the restaurant was not busier (though it might change in the summer months).
This restaurant is amazing and great for families. The staff were fantastic. We will definitely be returning when we are next in Busselton.

Really enjoyed our evening here.
The food was really nice.a good menu, with plenty to choose from.
But what made the evening for us were the staff. Friendly & efficient could not fault them. A great team.

We had a lovely lunch sitting outside in the terrace. Food is generous in servings and good. We enjoyed a pizza, scotch fillet steak, seafood combo and the barrimundi. Service was friendly and prompt. Lots of beer and wine choices. On the day we came they offered a big selection of wines on sale at $25 a bottle. Our chilled chardonnay was very drinkable and a real bargain. They dont really do desserts offering all day cake and coffee instead. We enjoyed a moist pistachio and orange cake and date and coconut slice. The coffees were very good. Our long macchiato more like a Melbourne flat white, delicious. I would take some of the other reviews here with a pinch of salt. All hospitality venues are suffering from staff shortages, we need to give them a break. If you are after a pleasant lunch on the waterfront in Busselton, this us a great choice.
