We had an absolutely terrific experience with Michelle at Enterprise! We landed in Perth and I mistakenly booked our car for the previous month:/ Michelle was very accommodating and made light of the whole situation so I didn’t feel stressed whatsoever, which goes a long way, especially after a long flight. She hooked us up with a great ride for the day and kept us smiling throughout the whole encounter. Thank you Michelle & Ashton! We will definitely be back and 10/10 recommend this place!

Car pick up and return was easy. The car was fine. Only thing was the additional location fee which I thought was a bit steep.

We rented about almost new MG, it was very nice to drive and economical.
The service was friendly and efficient. All up, a very pleasant experience.

The service on the day of pick was poor.
No one was in the office. I had to call around to find out about car pick up.
I was at Perth Airport, call was picked up at Adelaide office, receptionist did not know about Perth car yard.
My pick was delayed by more than one hour.

I am a repeat customer of Enterprise, that, in this day and age should speak for itself with so many choices out there. Jackie at Perth Airport was extremely kind and courteous while taking the time to ensure everything was in order with clear instructions given (this really helps when you have been travelling for an extended time and just need to get to your destination in an unfamiliar place.). The car itself was immaculate and more than I had hoped for. Will definitely use Enterprise when I need another hire car.

Booked Enterprise through VIPCars. Due to covid measures Enterprises response on an incorrect return date of the car and correction of our payment, took months to correct after interference off VIPCars.
Poor communication on complaints.

The whole process was seem less apart from the 30 min wait to pick up our car as the office was unattended and the contact who we called seemed under the pump.

Very helpful team. They rang us in NZ a couple of days before we arrived to check we knew where to find them, were helpful at pickup, then rang us again after we got home to check we were happy. Will use them again.

Staff very helpful. When my flight was cancelled they went out of there way to help with another car hire.
