I rented a late model Mitsubishi ASX with unlimited kms online for a very reasonable price. I picked the car up from the Perth City location (part of the Hyatt Hotel fronting onto Adelaide Terrace), it was very easy to find and they also have a spot at Perth Airport, both the Domestic and the International Terminals. At pick up the office attendant brought the car right up to the door for me and to drop it back I simply parked it in the Hyatt underground carpark and took the lift up to the concierge where I dropped the keys off, very easy. The whole process, booking, picking up, dropping off went very smoothly, from start to finish. I will definitely use Enterprise Rent-A-Car wherever posible in the future and have no hesitation in recommending them.:)

Hiring the car in the CBD was a breeze. We were able to find the location easily. The car hired was excellent with no issues. Our experience in returning the car to the drop off area was far from great. We had contacted Red Spot the day prior to ensure we could return the vehicle without any concerns of location etc. We were assured the drop off point was close to T4 and to park the vehicle in the designated area and return the keys to the desk in the T4 area. Finding the location for car return was a problem - we were looking for ‘Red Spot” hire car area to no avail. Three phone calls to the reception area were unanswered, finally the call was answered and we were directed to leave the vehicle at Enterprise located with the other rental cars. There is actually no Red Spot area. Enterprise need to re-brand all Red Spot so as to avoid confusion.

Fabulous car, fabulous after sales service. While most rental companies are just waiting to gouge you with extra charges, Enterprise East Perth employee was very understanding of my situation and saved me from penalties! Would definitely hire again.

Perfect.the manager is sosososo kind and the car I rented was good condition. But it's a little hard to find the office. That's on the downstairs of lobby of Hyatt hotel. We can go inside easily by using a door righ next to a pavement

Not impressed at all. Overpaid for a lousy car. Ordered a Camry and was given an Accent and was told they were in a similar class. I checked later and confirmed this was not the case, despite being charged at the Camry rate. I wrote the Perth Adelaide Enterprise office but never received a reply.

Horrible customer Service.
Reserved a car, ended up going half an hour early, only to find out, the car needs 'detailing'. Waited patiently for an hour, on a Sunday, only to find out the guy behind the counter was as helpful as a rock, with the attitude of a "diva".
Went to Hertz down at Murray street and got a replacement within minutes. If not for them, i would be stranded on my first day of work, great job guys!

This rental company is a disaster. Do not ever rent there. They have no customer service attitude at all. You can not reach them by phone at all! If you leave a message, nobody calls back. It is on the offices in Perth and airport perth. They just put on the answering machine and do not pick up the phone. If you leave several messages, they do not care and do not bother to call you back. If you have issues, you have a problem because they do not care at all. We called them 20 times, nobody calls back or even picks up the phone!

Not sure why bookings are allowed to go through, and no effort is made until customers are literally at the door to receive this news.what a complete waste of time, not to mention being left stranded.

I rented a car here a few weeks ago and was charged for an extra full day even though it was returned by the time I was told to have it back by. I have called and talked to the supervisor since then and was told he would look into it and would email me to follow up. That was weeks ago now and haven’t heard back. This is reason enough to give zero stars if I could.

Bait and Switch. Worst customer service ever. Had a reservation a week in advance and showed up 5 minutes early. The person at the counter said they had no cars available.
She did absolutely nothing to try and solve the situation, I waited for over half an hour before she refunded my card. I went up the street to Thrifty and Avis. They were fully booked, but the staff at BOTH places went out of their way to try and find a car for a similar price, even checking other companies. I ended up stranded, and between my wife and I we lost about 400 dollars in lost wages because we took the day off to go somewhere, but the point is at least the other companies made an effort. Enterprise just gave me the finger. It was rigid and stiff. I went home to search, and what a surprise! Enterprise did have the same car at the same location, but at more than double the price. Coincidence? I don't think so. I only rent cars three or four times a year and have rented from all the companies in Perth at one time or another. How often will I rent from Enterprise now? NEVER. How often will I recommend them to other people? Never. In fact I will now go out of my way to encourage people to rent from Avis, Thrifty or Hertz.

Perfectly pleasant experience. Outstanding vehicle. Extension of hire period carried out seamlessly and very pleasantly. Pick-up and return procedures were most professional. I have hired many cars but this experience was the best so far

Excellent experience. Over the past year we have rented in 6 different countries on 4 different continents and have seen it ALL. Enterprise, and in particular, this location, has been the best all year. Very simple, great price, great service, and no tricky hidden costs or traps common to many other companies (ie.fuel or mileage surcharges). The staff is friendly and helpful, and pick up and return was a breeze. Highly recommended.

One caution: We had an uneventful rental, and did not have the unlucky opportunity of testing their roadside assistance or customer service when things go sour. However, based on our experience I would expect it to be great as well, but for us it was not tested.

Whatever you do do not hire from these people. They are absolute crooks. They tried to charge me $1100 for a cracked windscreen that was perfectly fine. There are plenty of other choices very close by.
