This place is definitely my go-to hair salon. I mean i only go there to get my hair done once a year but each time i come out of the salon feeling really good. Staffs and service have always been excellent. Got my hair done today by Libbie and she talked me through the whole process of my half head foil. She did an amazing job along with the rest who assisted her. Total fresh look & I absolutely LOVE it. Thank you guys once again. Keep up with the good work, no wonder you guys seem flat out each time i drive past

I have been in this salon a few days ago and liked their service and management also a very nice and polite staff highly recommended thanks to Ben, who did a great job on my damaged hair.

Nice and spacious (not sat on top of other people, can easily manoeuvre a pram and have it next to you with out it being in everyone’s way)
When I went it wasn’t very busy so practically no chatter noise and the music was low and calming

Will definitely be back
Hope to regularly come in for a wash and blow dry or braids

I had my hair done today by LAYLA! The whole experience from when I walked in was amazing, I have been going to enlightened for a while now and Layla has by far changed the game for me. You are always welcomed by the girls at the front with a warm smile and tone. As soon as my stylist came over, I instantly felt listened too! Layla took on what I wanted and absolutely nailed it! I don’t think I’ve ever walked away from an appointment at the hairdressers this happy with the result! She was so thorough and explained the whole process to me, while allowing me to relax and have a little chit chat! By far the best service in Perth!

Given all the 5 stars reviews, I was quite let down that the hairdresser was more concerned peddling products and upgrading my trim to all the bells and whistles rather than focusing on what I went in for… a hair cut! Nice studio though

I went to this salon instead of my usual. I asked for a maintainable, natural blonde, with a root shadow/blend. The blonde turned out more ash/white and she did not tone it down properly, with not enough blend at the root. Because of this I immediately went home and washed it with my own toner and shampoo. However this was not the biggest reason for my rating. After doing a full head of foils - Shanae did not offer to do a treatment, and did not even use heat protection whole blow-drying and straightening my hair. I was shocked and my hair was so dry like straw and felt so damaged. I even said to her it felt like my hair had snapped off. I also had to go home and put in my usual olaplex treatment and a leave in mask. From this experience I will not be using this business again, and will be going to my usual. I hope this review will improve services, and maybe provide education to your hairdressers on the importance of maintaining the hairs integrity and condition after applying bleach and using heat protectant. It is quite shocking that this basic knowledge seems to be missing with your hairdressers.

Enlightened is a beautiful spacious salon. Our hairdresser listened to my daughter's ideas and cut her hair so diligently to get it just right.

I’ve visited Enlightened numerous times! A few times for colour and a few times for a wash and blow dry. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly, very informative and skilled. I’ve had Natalie colour my hair twice and I absolutely adored the results! She took time to talk me through what she was doing and also suggested ideas. The staff always offer drinks and snacks which is lovely. They’re great at making conversation and making their clients feel comfortable. I continue to always recommend this business!

Okay l love my hair little did I know there was hair colouring left in my hair still and I got home had a shower and found my skin was a little off didmt think much of it went to Bed woke up and omg my hands and neck and my skin condition is burning and I'm the same colour as my hair it HURT.
