Just enrolled with the company, my recruiter David Withnell done a great job helping me through the employment process and getting me site ready within the week. David Withnell was always happy to answer any questions I had and would always get back to me asap if he was unable to take my call fantastic work.
The pay rates are good
Everything has been streamlined, none of the usual 6 hours of inductions and paperwork palmed off on you the night before the 5am flight.

Very good company. Lewis made my introduction to mining very smooth no dramas at all, he called multiple times to check in and make sure everything was going well. Pays are always on time or earlier.i have only ever had one drama with pay cycle and this was sorted out quickly, lewis and aaron sorted the issue out within the day and made sure i still was paid. Highly recommend!

Unorganised not overworked.
I witnessed her speak down to clients and be very heartless when it came to personal delivery of retracted employment. Not willing listen before telling him to calm down and hanging up the phone.
The whole company is very unorganised.i waited 30 minutes and was asked the same question 6 times with no real interest in waiting for the answer before exiting the room to coffee, cakes and laughter going on in the next office as I could clearly see they went no where with the information collected from me.

SCAM. Started off promising did online inductions, sent all my details, tickets everything through to her. Then she sent me her banking details, said I had to pay for a face to face interview with Rio Tinto. I called Rio before sending the money luckily to find out ETA Group is a Scam.

Lied about job role and working conditions then made me pay for medical when I said I wasn’t comfortable working there. Was called ‘piss weak’
Not worth the hassle, stay away.
