Purely from a customer service perspective. Useless, penchant for not helping after you have done the course to obtain materials. Will never use them again. Imagine not providing after sales support to people in the industry. This is just a business that outsources to cheaper people around the world and charge more depending where you say you are doing the course from. All sorts of bad practice. From a course standpoint, my lecturer was good but without the material my experience is obviously significantly tainted.

Poorly organised, staff couldn't get their act together to give me access to the course after I deferred. Then told me I had to enrol into a new intake because of xyz. In reality I sent numerous emails over about 6 months trying to gain access but got very few responses. Was told I'd be put in a new intake that had only just started meaning i'd have to go through the entire 18 month course even though I only had a few subjects to complete. Later found out multiple people I'd been in contact with were no longer employed by EIT, can hardly blame them. I wouldn't work for Paul Celenza either.

I was just told that I had to enroll again by Paul Celenza who is the manager of EIT afterI paid my full tuition. There was no compensation for the money I spent on the course. I am not happy with the way they run the course. The practical labs are a gong show and when you ask them for help it falls on deaf ears. I was doing a Diploma program in Mechanical Engineering.

Studying at EIT was to me, an exciting experience and self-re-discovery. The learning process was organised from the start, and the engineering courses were direct and taken by qualified lecturers who gave every attention to details. I must say that the practical approach used in explaining some of the fundamentals of structural engineering designs are what I will recommend to anyone interested in exploring and understanding the complex realms of civil engineering knowledge.

Indeed, I look forward to being part of this wonderful and amazing journey again with the best of scholars the EIT can offer. My congratulations to all coursemates. Cheers and see you guys next time!

EIT has modern cutting edge technology and good resources that any student requires to study Online. Students work in groups to complete projects or access remote Labs using softwares and they can interacts with other students and even Lecturers or with Learning support officers to assist students to excel as a top graduate Engineering student. The skills and knowledge with experience i gained at EIT helped me become successful in Electrical Engineering career.

Great place for students to study, from what I have seen staff work extremely hard and do their best for all students, great atmosphere and culture.

I’m studying Masters in Engineering Electrical Systems. It’s being a great experience so far. I am very thankful because they gave me all support during the hard times I had due to covid situation. I recommend it.

When enrolling in the unit as full time, EIT said they will help you. But they cannot.response very slow.i have completed 2 units from Aug to Nov 2021 and completing 2 units this year.used to write a review about the another unit. I feel the mid term test is different from tutorial and lecture material. EIT said will help me review, but now it is over 1 month i have no update.you have to complete 4 assignments for each unit which equals 8 total for 3 months.and the last 4 will be in one month.software is not covered in the unit and you will need to learn yourself via youtube.if you can get help from lecturer early sure they can help.but if you need to work on other assignment as well.then will be very hard for you.think about it carefully if you work full time.also if you go to lecturer ask for earlier help will be useful as well. All units are not hard compare to uni level, most lecturer just read lecture notes. Study most yourself.will be a good idea if you want to get a certificate to change your career, but not for those who really want to learn something.unless you are just a student then you will have enough time to study and ask questions. Not recommended by me only.i advised lecturer the tutorial about final assignment can be introduced earlier not the last tutorial.he argued that assignment is posted really early can ask questions any time.but you only know what to ask when you have a general idea of how to start it.

Actually based in South Africa. In my personal view the communication and interface with students is poor. At one point I truly thought I'd actually been scammed. Did not finish course and would not recommend.

Good institution especially for study flexibility but the main problem is limited study resources in their library. I always have to buy books every semester. Otherwise staff are very friendly.

I enrolled in the electrical instrumentation and engineering course which is an 18 month course. After about 6 months I had changed jobs within my company and needed to differ my studies. Some of my subjects I had already completed were not transferred dueto negligence by the college staff. Therefore this meant when I re-enrolled I had to redo those subjects. I escalated the issue to the college management and received a response saying there was nothing they could do in terms of marking those subjects as complete - extremely frustrating. Ontop of that I was charged a re-joining fee which was disguised by the college. The transfer fees needs to be clarified by the college as well as how the transfer process is managed. There is no need to have to sit a subject twice if its been completed and the college management should understand and recognise this. My dealings with the college made me feel as though they don't really care about the student.

Its not worth your money. They dont have enough instruments. Library has only 70-100 books which is not enough. Their fees is close to ECU.and yet they dont even have resources as half as ECU. Most of teachers will be teaching away from home and yet urge students to come to students to listen to online classes. Theyre defintely not worth your money. I have finished 1st year and I am not happy at all. I am stuck in this mess for some reasons.i can mention hundreds of worst experience but it will take whole day. Basically dont go study there.

Very poor customer service. Make you jump through a thousand hoops to get you to qualify for RPL. Of which you only find out once you are actively studying. Making it incredibly difficult to plan your life around. Assess your options go to your local college instead!
