Front reception person is beyond hopeless. Should not be working in a customer service role. You call and leave messages that never get passed on, they hang up on you during the call when you ask questions and speak over you when you’re explaining for the call. Disgusting attitude.

Pity you can't give this waste of space no stars. They do nothing and are in bed with the providers. Won't even bother to escalate when Water Corporation cowboys clearly ignored the complaint and did what they wanted anyway. It's all rigged. Don't waste your time!

So far I'm not impressed. Seems that govt corporations are not actually held accountable for their actions/inaction in relation to their statutory obligations.
Do I really have to give them one star?
