I really enjoyed the Rest and Restore massage at Endota Spa. The staff were friendly and helpful. The massage used their signature oil featuring a delightful blend of rose, geranium, patchouli and lavender which was very calming. Overall it was an extremely relaxing experience which I highly recommend!

I booked in for a facial here as I had a gift card and had not treated myself in well over a year due to being pregnant and having a baby so I was so excited to get a facial after so long! Although the facial itself was lovely and relaxing, unfortunately my overall experience was not great. Unknown to me, the e-gift card I was sent for Endota spa had been scammed and used. So when I went to pay $150 for the facial, I was told there was nothing on the gift card. I was very confused and kept apologising as I had no idea but still was happy to pay with my own card as I did not want to waste anymore of the staff’s time. The manager said they had all the details of the individual who used my gift card (name, address and what was purchased) and they would speak to head office and call me back. I finally received a call back a few days later and they told me to file a police report which I did. And just as I had expected the police chose not to take it any further as it was not a large amount of money. I phoned Endota Joondalup back and explained and they said that head office would not do anything to help me but they could speak to their owner and see if they could do something from their specific store’s end. I never received any calls back. And every call I made I was told they would call me back and low and behold I never was contacted. Although I know this is not Joondalup’s fault specifically, it was a shame they did not want to follow up or continue to help me as I had been very patient about the situation but I am a young first time mum who is not working and I basically cannot afford $150 on a facial when I am already struggling to make ends meet. If I had not had the gift card I would not have gone to Endota as I was aware they are quite expensive. In conclusion I was very disappointed head office and decided not to help me in this situation, and the staff at Joondalup basically kept avoiding calling me back to help me out. If you have a gift card for Endota Spa, make sure you check the balance before booking an appointment first! Don’t make the same mistake I did and end up out of pocket for what was meant to be a gift.

Yesterday me and my wife went to the endota spa in joondalup, it was the best experience we ever had in spa before, the staff was very friendly and informative.
The masseuses both was very experience.
Overall 100% recommended, and definitely coming back.

Amazing experience with Anna. 2 hours of absolute bliss. Doesn’t even feel like it’s in the middle of a shopping centre. I left the spa and was complimented a few times on my glowy skin. I went for the rejuvenation package, I feel like a new person! Whole body scrub, full body massage with hot stones, facial and head massage. I didn’t want to leave. Only thing I’d say is the room was a tad bit cool for me, Anna did cocoon me in towels and make sure I was warm though.
Thank you ladies, will definitely be coming back!

I couldn’t fault my massage and facial - done by Caitlin. She was amazing! I’ve just booked for my sister in law to come in. The only thing I will say is when you go to a spa (especially one like endota) you would expect to be given a fresh/clean robe to put on. Both robes given to me were used (multiple times) and I opted not to wear them as they were not clean. I’ve advised my sister in law to bring her own robe lol. Apart from that - awesome

I had a pregnancy massage this morning with Rania and oh my gosh! Honestly the best massage experience I've ever had. I'm 31 weeks pregnant so have been sore and tired. This is the best I've felt in weeks and my energy levels are now higher today than they've been in a while. I had quite a few knots and tender spots which Rania found without me mentioning and sorted out for me. Clearly a very experienced therapist. Will definitely be booking with Rania again before bubs arrives, worth every cent!

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t very good. I was really looking forward to my pregnancy massage. I was told to wait in the lounge which I did for 15 minutes. Then my massage therapist took me to the room. I then had another 5 minutes by myself in the room waiting for her to come back once I was ready. By this time that was 20 minutes off my treatment. I then had my massage and then my treatment finished at the end of the hour. No time was made up for the time I spent waiting in the lounge or waiting for her to come back to the room. When you are so excited for a nice pregnancy massage and then this happens you can’t help but feel let down as 20 minutes is a long time in a massage.

Went here the other day for a massage with my partner and both left quite disappointed with the massage, we thought we would get this magical massage for the price but we’ve had better $50 massages in the middle of shopping centres.won’t be returning unfortunately

Decided to treat myself after 6 months of stress to a rejuvenate package.
The therapist was polite & lovely. The foot soak was tepid at best, therapist literally rubbed my legs and feet not massaged.
The massage was nice but not what I was expecting and didnt concentrate on the areas i told her were sore, except spent a considerable amount of time on my chest and stomach.
The facial was the worst I've ever had. Felt like she ran out of product half way up my face, while massaging my face
my hair was in my face. Way too much oil used for the moisturise. Then at the end when smelling the aromatherapy oil she dropped some in my face and it went straight into my mouth.
They sent me a review request and asked did i want to be contacted to which I replied yes but STILL havent been contacted.
Ive bought several gift vouchers from here for friends but will NEVER buy one or return here myself again. Very disappointing for the price.

I had the Pregnant Pause treatment and it was so amazing, I really liked being asked what I would like and the therapist delivering. The ladies were so friendly and accommodating, I would highly recommend.

I can't be grateful enough for my experience. Me and my husband just did a customized and a deep recovery massage in the double cabin. Absolutely relaxing and amazing experience from the moment you step in, you can be assured to leave your stress and tension outside the door. Staff very friendly and professional also very helpful when I had to reschedule our appointment due unexpected circumstances. I had to buy the essential oil that they used during my massage it just make me feel so relaxed. We definitely be back again very soon! Thank you Makaela and the staff in general for this great experience!

Had a really disappointing experience here. I booked online and there seems to be some inconsistencies with their online booking and what the store receives as my massage was cut 15 minutes short.
Massage itself was relaxing but not firm as requested.
