Had a facial and massage here today with Jade and it was amazing! She was super welcoming, kind and attentive and helped to make my time so relaxing. I felt all my requests and skin concerns were listened to and addressed perfectly. Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon.

Facials are really hydrating and wonderful! But massages arent so good, didnt feel like my knots were massaged out, still super relaxing though!

The ladies at endota fremantle are incredible. The level of professionalism and care provided by them is second to none. Rohana (sorry if spelled incorrectly!) was fantastic, she was an expert at everything she did and made me feel so relaxed and well taken care of. The entire experience from arrival to departure was perfect. I will definitely be back and will be recommending to all of my friends and family! Thank you so much?

Best massage iv ever had. I took my friend for her birthday today for a massage as we are holidaying here for the weekend and it was the most relaxing and beautiful massage iv had. The lady that gave me the beautiful treatments name was Zoe and I would highly recommend to book in with her. Thank you so much for giving us such an amazing experience.

I’ve had a few pregnancy massages in the past and I have to say I had the best one from Rehana yesterday. 10/10! So relaxing, and firm enough to help with pregnancy aches and pains without being painful. I will be returning post baby for another massage from Rehana! Thank you so so much?

I really love the experience every time I go here. I've had the rest and restore massage twice and will be getting again. I've also had a facial which was brilliant. All the staff have been very friendly and professional.
The only negative is that every booking I've made I've then been called the day before and asked to come earlier or later. To have that happen on all three bookings has been inconvenient for me.

Clean and peaceful ambience. Literally everything you expect a decent spa would be. Surrender spa is the best if you’re torn between a massage and a facial!

I have never been to a day spa before and this was my first time. I went with my friend and we got massages and facials. The receptionist on the way in was very friendly and sweet in person and super polite when I booked the appointment over the phone. The facilities were lovely, clean and peaceful. The ladies that took care of us were both very nice and their massage/facial was amazing! Felt so so relaxed. They gave us a skincare plan afterwards and suggested products on the plan but when we went to pay, the other receptionist was so polite, sweet and nice and didn't pressure us at all to buy any products. I am more than pleased with my day there and would definitely return in future. Amazing staff and service. I would recommend this experience to anyone 10/10.

Have tried to make an appointment after receiving a $285 gift voucher from my husband. I Have emailed requesting an appointment as there is no availability via the online booking system. I have called the spa and left 4 messages since Monday (now Thursday) I had someone call me back once but I missed it.

Take your money somewhere else, where they actually care about you.

Sorry to be posting this review really. We attended the spa last year for our anniversary and had a wonderful experience. So much so that we intended to make it a tradition and do it every year. I booked our appointment a month in advance to make sure our day was organised and discussed on the phone that it was for our anniversary and it was for the pair of us (as I had one voucher and intended to pay separately for the other and wanted to check that was ok). Was so looking forward to our appointment only to arrive and be told that only one booking had been made. The person at reception did mention there was a chance they might be able to see us later in the day if another couple didn’t show up but other than that made no effort to fix the mistake their staff had made. Despite saying sorry they didn’t seem bothered at all and it was so upsetting. Will not be returning to this spa after such a negative experience.

I booked a massage and microdermabrasion treatment and I called to reconfirm that I had the appointment because of covid and all and I got told there and then that they made a mistake and they booked me with an unqualified therapist! I rescheduled and drove one hour and twenty minutes just to be told that the therapist cancelled on me. This is ridiculous. The energy of the place, the unavailability, they only have one therapist and they can’t do all the treatments. Insanely stressful when it’s supposed to be a relaxing place. What a joke!

I’ve been a regular customer at Endota Fremantle for a while now and every visit has been welcoming, professional and of the highest customer service. The atmosphere is so relaxing as soon as you walk in and the various treatments I’ve had have all been perfect. My therapist, Lena, is absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend booking here.

Me and hubby went for couples treatment. Can’t fault a thing other than I was so relaxed and slept through half of it. Bought a couple products too and very happy with their quality!

I was unable to make my appointment due to my child being sick so cancelled the day before, I rescheduled another day and when I arrived I was told I could not be treated due to sunburn, I was not offered any other treatment, this was a present for my 30th and as punishment for my situation they took half the amount of the voucher. Disgusting service and the most condescending communication I have ever experienced.

Rang to pay for a friend's facial as a surprise birthday present, and asked the staff to give her a birthday message. My friend didn't get told about this, and ended up paying for her facial herself and left. Three hours later she was rang and told that her facial had, in fact, already been paid for but still no birthday message was given to her. She was told her money would be refunded onto her card but that it would take 48 hours to reach back into her bank account. One week later still no refund. My friend then had to ring Endota four times, and go there twice to enquire about her refund. She then eventually had to go back there again to pick up a cash refund because the money had, in fact, not been refunded to her account at all. At no point did Endota offer her another service or an apology at making her 'surprise birthday GIFT' a 'surprise bithday NIGHTMARE'!

Lovely essential oil smells when entering the day spa and professional greeting at reception. I’ve had a massage here before a few years ago and was impressed with service and quality. I expected this place would obviously be top notch with spray tanning as well so decided to book one. It’s the first time and last time here for spray tan. Machine was not working and therapist didn’t really want to be there.
