Great company to deal with! Michael has been a pleasure to work with, is very knowledgeable, and always very prompt in response to any items required.

Decided to go with Empower after researching and contacting a few companies. Joshua Lim was a great help from the start and answered any questions I had. Got a 5kw inverter that I can add batteries to at a later stage, with 6.6kw panels. Everything went smoothly. The installation team were neat and efficient and talked me through the details. Couldn't be happier now my solar is up and running and I can track how it's working.

I just had my solar panels installed on Thurs 12th Oct.
The installers where freindly and the Electriction (sorry forgot his name) explained the colours of the lights on the inverter and how it works etc.
We all shook hands after the job was finished.
Very happy with the way it all turn out.

Joshua Lim Helped us with providing a very detail information on Solar systems and organised the installation. I have recommended him and your organisation to many of my friends for their future need.

Paid my deposit in November. Was assured of a January installation. No communication from the sales guy Ross unless I chased him down. Then after not getting responses, some guy Jason says they parted ways with Ross. Emailed again and no response. Now it’s nearly April and no word of an installation date. Supposedly they are out of stock of their own recommendation for the inverter. Still hoping I’m going to get a solar system from them. Not looking good.

As an Engineer I am very fussy about hardware and installation. Michael and his team did a great job. Never tried to upsell (indeed suggested areas to save). System looks (and works) very well.

Couldn't be happier with the service I have had from Empower. Started with Joshua Lim who came round and discussed options with us. One of the things we water was a heat pump for our hot water. No sooner than we had placed the order, our old hot water system died and the team went flat out to get the heat pump installed within 24 hours even though our solar installation was some weeks away. Installation itself appears to have gone very smoothy and we are enjoying our free energy!

We are very enthusiastic Green Power supporters so we chose the whole $19 k system of PV's, heat pump, battery storage and back up box to be totally secure for energy. As the installer finished, I asked him what we should do if the power went out and of course he assured us this could not happen.
So, 2 weeks after installation on a Saturday afternoon 39 degree Perth Summer day and my husband away, our system failed. We had no contact numbers and there are none on the site or the answering machine. I emailed and left messages including to the mobile of the rep who originally quoted for our system.
There was no response. I frantically called for any after hour electrician from the mobile plugged into my electric car in my hot garage and ultimately had to accept service from an emergency electrician 26 hours after my outage at a cost of over $1000. A switch had burnt out from being loosened during the installation.
I had to make more calls the next day before ESA returned contact, over 48 hours since my energy "emergency". I was instructed to work things out with their electrical subcontractor. Another week along and there has been no further inquiry from ESA.
There needs to be some obvious contact arrangement for situations such as ours for all their customers.
Bottom line: if you want secure green electrical supply with good support, do NOT use this company.
