I have seen many coaches over the years but I can honestly say that Caterina is the best - I can not speak more highly of her, she is a very warm natured and knowledgeable person who quickly identified my issues and how to resolve them.

I've been having Reiki with coaching sessions and the breakthroughs have been profound. Caterina opened my eyes to so much I didn't understand about myself and how to move forward with simple tools to implement in my day to day routine. Caterina's coaching techniques and tools have made a massive difference in my life and could not highly recommend her enough.

I was in a place I really didn’t know how to escape from. 20 years of medication and being told “we will just double your dose, that should help”. None of the underlying issues were ever addressed, I was quite simply numb. Yeah I didn’t feel the lows so much, but I also couldn’t experience the joys of the highs. Cat taught me the tools to escape that place. She is compassionate, kind and caring. Don’t get me wrong she doesn’t simply exist to pat you on the head and tell you everything will be ok. I see it as a partnership, work hard, use the tools and watch the clouds vanish. The solution doesn’t have to be popping another pill. I am forever indebted to you Cat, and you will always appear on my shoulder when things get a little difficult. So so highly recommend.

I was referred from a friend to see Caterina to work through some personal problems and have never looked back. I called Caterina just to book in a session and ended up being on the phone talking for 35 minutes. From that moment I could tell she was not a normal 'Counseller' and even before our first session I called her again to talk me through something, and again we were talking for 30 minutes. Caterina didnt have a pen and pad instead just really listened to me with full eye contact. She didnt spend the first session asking about my family history bla bla bla instead just let me talk, she stopped me when she wanted to dig deeper to get to the cause of my problems and teach me a whole new skill set that I never thought I had. There has been numerous times when I've called her during the week to ask her for guidance and she gives me as much time as I need. I'm seeing Caterina on a personal level and highly recommend as her approach really resonated well with me that I've never experienced through seeing other people in the past.
