Mark Smith has been our advisor since 2013. When my husband died in 2020 I was worried about managing our finances on my own. I'm a 75 year old retiree and everything about Raymond and the team at Empire is professional. The tech aspects are tops and the attention to client matters is effective and informed. Meetings are held in pleasant surroundings and financial reports, spreadsheets etc are given to the client on a thumb drive to take away - an excellent, paper-conscious initiative. As for the menu of drinks, presented before the meeting - that's a very pleasant intro.
