I first started working with Emily at the end of March and since then I have been reaching fitness goals that I never thought would be possible for me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and is always willing to share this with her clients. I would highly recommend Emily to anyone, from someone who is just beginning working out (like I was) to someone who is advanced and wants some extra support or new ideas. She has been wonderful in supporting me health wise and even paired me up with someone who I now consider a close friend that I workout with outside of sessions, I cannot thank her enough!

Since training with Emily it’s the most noticeable progress I’ve ever seen. She’s honestly just such a lovely, positive person which definitely rubs off on me, I always leave the gym feeling amazing after a session. Always motivates me and pushes me to be the best most confident version of myself. Constantly checks up on you to see how you’re going with everything. Could not ask for a better pt, would highly recommend Emily. Love training with you!

I am 66 years old & have had heart surgery. I have recently moved from Perth. I was looking for a trainer who would be knowledgeable & understanding. I found it all in Emily. She is patient & makes my sessions truly enjoyable. She seems to exactly what I can & cant do on certain days. She changes up the routine each time. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend her.

I reached out to Emily in October to start my fitness journey, and I am so grateful that I did. The way I viewed food was unhealthy, but Em changed my outlook completely! Not only am I healthier in my food choices, my body is stronger with her programs and guidance.

I always look forward to our sessions as she always motivates me to do my best, even if I feel like I can’t. Looking forward to continuing my fitness journey with Em and being the best version of myself!

I absolutely love training with Em! She keeps us focused without being overly pushy but kicks our butts when we need it. She caters to our needs and keeps our workouts interesting by mixing it up. I look forward to every session! Highly recommended

Having a PT is something I've always wanted but wasn't financially in my best interest, until I found Em! Everything has been so budget friendly for me and she has really motivated me to fuel my body with what it needs. Finding time to go the gym has always been hard for me but working with Em has made it 10 times easier and she is so flexible with times - which is forever changing (SORRY EM). If you struggle with working out and knowing what to eat, or pretty much anything fitness - Emily is your lady!

I’ve been training with Em for almost 6 months now. I have been to a few different gyms with different types of trainers but I’ve never felt the support that I’ve felt from Emily. She’s helping me work towards my goals at my own pace- I’m not only physically changing but mentally growing as well and I couldn’t have already come this far without her. I actually look forward to our sessions each week (even when she makes me do lunges) and that’s because she’s such a positive light who not only makes exercising fun but also pushes me to be the best I can. Can’t wait to see what we can achieve in the next 6 months xxx

The best part of having Em as my PT, is the fact that she holds a lot of passion for what she does, she pushes you to be the best you can be not only at the gym but also at home. She consistently is checking in on how your traveling, always offering guidance and help when needed.

Im coming up to the end of the 6 week challenge with Emily. It has been by far the best experience, I have honestly never felt so good about my self.

Im seeing great results and feel absolutely amazing!

I 100% recommend Emily she is the best of the best!

Love training with Em. She understands any limitations or previous injuries you may have yet still gets you out of your comfort zone. You see results really fast and leave every session in the best mood. Highly recommend.

The best experience I've had with a Pesonal Trainer.
I got in contact with Emily to help me increase my fitness level on the beep test, in 6 weeks she was able to help me get from a 4.1 to and 8.1.

Her knowledge, professionalism and coaching is outstanding.

I have been training with Emily for around four months and in this time I have achieved a significant improvement in my strength and fitness. It's amazing how much Emily has helped me! She is friendly, supportive, positive and makes sure I am achieving my goals without being "pushy". She is a lovely person too and I enjoy catching up with her for my sessions each week. I would recommend Emily to anyone who is looking to improve their fitness.

Never have I felt so good within myself both physically and mentally. Only took me 6 weeks with Em to get killer results that I’m beyond proud about, along with enough knowledge that I’ve continued my training 2 months after. Even now, no longer training with her currently, she always checks in to see how I’m progressing in the gym and everyday life. Invest in yourself, Em will make it so worth it thanks for everything chick!

Since the first day I started training with Emily I noticed changes, not only physical but mental, I feel so great after every session. Her knowledge on fitness is crazy and I continue to learn new things every week. She pushes me to work my absolute hardest.

Emily has been a fantastic PT. Each session is customised to how I’m feeling each day and what needs to be worked on. She is extremely friendly and caring, and listens to exactly what I want to work on and pushes me to achieve my goals even when I feel like I can’t. Thanks Em!

Emily has been the best! We’ve started from scratch working to get my body back into shape. She’s made a good programme suited to where I’m at and explains the movements in detail and has been so friendly and approachable right from the start which was great as I generally am not comfortable in the gym. I couldn’t recommend Em enough!
