Was promised a call back last Friday and still waiting. Glad no one did to be honest, just based on that your company is not one I would ever want to do business with.

Customer service is seriously disgusting. I have been dealing with (well attempting too) a lady in claims who can barely speak English, doesn’t actually retain or listen to what I’m saying & just yells vulgarly down the phone.

Ive been a client of Elliott's a year, I had a claim and was really happy I had them as my brokers. They explained the process so I knew what I was in for and assisted me with getting someone to come out and give me a quote. Nice to know they are there when I need to use my insurance. I would recommend Elliott Insurance in the future.
