Pleasant staff. Dr paw has helped me greatly with my back to work rehab treatment

Always found the doctors to be lovely and the receptionist very helpful.

Don't book through health engine because I selected a telehealth apt and then they said I need to call ahead to arrange that, which is not mentioned on that site. I spoke to reception at my appointment time and they said the DR refused to speak to me unless in person. They asked if I had covid and I said I had symptoms of it but I didn't know. It turns out I did have covid and then they charged me for a late fee even though I was on the phone to them. No help and charged a late fee for supposedly doing the right thing, I'll never attend this place again, they don't care about people.

Always found doctors here very helpful, especially Dr simon shame he's not there anymore

Today I called regarding a referral follow and spoke with Amy.
I was enquiring about options of referrals and Amy was very short and unhelpful not helping any of my enquiries.

I would highly recommend that you find a different practice if you would like to be treated with dignity and respect. I was unfortunate enough to speak with the receptionist -Amy today, she was extremely unprofessional and rude.
While I was asking a question in a polite tone she abruptly threatened to disconnect the call because she didn’t know the answer.
I am just in shock of how people like this are placed on jobs where they are meant to help people.
