One of the best medical centre and doctor ashik verghese is really professional he always listen to patients and give time to each patient. He is really good human being as well. Due to doctor ashik verghese I will recommend ellen Stirlling medical centre to everyone

Very good service every time. I have been seeing Dr Ashik Varghese for quite a few years and receptionist Vicky and Nurse Lyn are great people as well.

So happy with the doctors, they’re always understanding and are happy to help irregardless of the situation. They always listen without judgement. I go here pretty regularly, used to love the old receptionist they had, she used to go above and beyond for you but the new one they have is a bit rude and snappy with you, so that’s a bit disappointing! End of the day, suppose I attend the practice for the doctors and not the receptionist!

Needed medical certificate for work and was struggling to get one (had cold symptoms but had tested negative for Covid). Receptionist was rude and told me to go to my usual GP (would’ve if they had available appointments?) and told me that they’re not bulk-billing although it says that on the Healthengine website. Horrible attitude and clearly shouldn’t be working in the healthcare system if she has such a lack of empathy.

Don't call this place if your suicidal or need help the receptionist will tell you too bad and it's not her problem then hang up on you great health care system shame on you

Cancelled appointment last minute, only advised of cancellation once arriving at the medical centre. Not able to reasonably reschedule.

2 doctors, one is lovely, the other is brain-dead.
The lady is great, the male is rude and can't even name a single ingredient in the vaccines he administers.
Also I just rang 4 times in a row during business hours to no avail.

This medical centre is part of Woodlake Village. Excellent.as we can see any of the doctors in this medical centres.

Best Medical Centre in Ellenbrook. Always on time. Doctors are very lovely and thorough. Appointments are necessary. Pathology service is also available which is very convenient.

By far one of the better medical centres in the area, I’ve never had a problem with wait times or any staff. Hopefully it stays this way as it is only a new centre.

First time appointment - very disappointing. Waited 45 mins to be seen and then left as I couldn't wait any longer. Apparently appointments ahead of me had been booked incorrectly as 10 minute appointments, when they should have been booked for longer. Won't be going back there that's for sure.
