I had a great experience with Elite Racing Cycles, I am just starting out and the staff there were extremely helpful! They even had a cute store dog- will certainly be going back!

Elite on the door elite on pricing, called in by chance grabbed a helmet and got flogged before I knew it, my fault for not asking but $100 more on a lid seriously? Staff was good though maybe explained the smile?

Love the bike I bought from them. It's looking great. The sale person started to roll their eyes after many questions. So not the best experience for the beginner.

They sell high end bikes, but the knowledgeable and courteous staff have helped me maintain my fusty old bike for a couple of years now. No question or problem too small.

Well named - their service was elite. Shout out to Jack and the team who made a bike service so simple - pick up & drop off service so convenient. Will definitely be my go to from now on!

Booked in for a service. No text or phone to confirm it was ready for pickup. They had my number as I received the confirmation text. Had to call them and no apologies offered. Bike is great now but poor customer service.

Seriously impressive turnaround time for service work.

I booked my bike in to have the bearings replaced in my bottom bracket + a headset/fork check.

I dropped my bike off at 8.30am and was greeted by a team of friendly staff and mechanics already working on bikes. 2 hours later I received a text notifying me that the service was complete! The mechanics did a great job and my bike is happily humming along again.

I just cannot believe how quick they did the service work. I am so used to dropping my bike off at other stores and waiting for days (weeks even). The prices are very competitive at Elite too. I wish I used them for previous service jobs.

These guys are great to deal with. They truly care that your bike is prepared and serviced carefully and thoroughly.
Great advice and a good range of products.
My Cervelo runs beautifully after a service from the guys.
I recommend them as a good place to look after your bike if you want it kept in pristine condition.

Local store, local service.
I happened upon the store, and as I was walking in one of the owners, Noel, was walking out. He came back in with me (first sign that they 'deserved my money'), and took me upstairs to help me with MTB shoes. I had a pair of 41s, I had ordered 41 wides online, and wasn't happy with either of them, but now shopping local mean I was able to actually try on a pair. Turns out I needed 42 standard width. Ok, so I paid a little more than online, but I got actual help, advice and service, and supported a local business that deserves it. I'll be going back.

Visited Perth to join the Cure for Cancer ride. Discovered the bike has been damaged in transit from overseas - with limited time to repair.
Steve and the team at Elite were terrific - providing a last minute repair and service to make sure I was able to join the event.
Bike hasn’t ridden so smoothly in years.

Just purchased my new Infinito CV and couldn't be happier. Very helpful staff with old fashioned genuine customer service. Couldn't recommend these guys any higher.

Fantastic place.they fixed a small bike issue immediately for me and wouldn't accept money.you don't find good service like that too often these days

Steve gave me some excellent advice after I had a spill on the bike and the Di2 system went into crash mode.after I had performed the reset, but still could not get the rear derailleur to operate. I went to the shop for advice.
He was quite adamant that it was a loose connector in either in the Handle bar switch or on the rear the derailleur, which I personally doubted. Even gave me the small insertion/ extraction tool for free To check them out.
When I got home and looked at those connections they looked perfectly ok. But using the tool, as soon as I used it on the handle bar switch I felt it just pop back into place by only a few millimeters.
Having bought my Bianchi from Steve a few years previously and having had a few trips there during that time I have always found the Elite staff to be complete professionals in their knowledge and their service.

Great service. Dropped in to see if they had a bike work stand and a cassette. They had both and were super helpful when selling both. Will be happy to return for my cycling needs.
