Nicole designed the most amazing bridal set of nails for my special day. She even hand painted the lace patterns on my nails to match the patterns in my wedding dress. I’m also a nail biter and these babies lasted my entire honeymoon which is rare for acrylics to last that long on me. Got so many compliments on them. Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Courtney today. I've been going to the same nail lady for 3 years but have since moved North so anxiously needed to find a new one. She was so welcoming and lovely and we chatted and laughed the whole time. My nails are gorgeous and I was so impressed with my whole experience - I've already rebooked with her. 100% recommend ️️

I am not the type of person who would normally leave a review like this, however I feel the need to, as I am extremely disappointed.
My partner booked an appointment here for my birthday roughly a week in advance for a Thursday evening, when we showed up on the day of the appointment the salon was closed and nobody was there. We first tried calling the mobile number provided but got no answer, so we sent a text saying that we were here for our appointment but the salon was closed and we just got a reply saying that they “had an error” but also “cancelled the appointment” without giving us any notice. They said that they had attempted to call my partner and that the “system should have emailed us about it” but we had received nothing and we double checked our emails. This exact issue also happened to me personally once before but I decided to call it a simple accident and I really wanted to give them another try, as I was keen on going to this salon for a special occasion as I had loved the work that I had seen online. However after these past 2 experiences I will not be trying to go back to this salon again and would not recommend them. Terrible customer service and impossible to even secure a booking. Thankfully we ended up finding somewhere else to go, so my partner was still able to treat me to getting my nails done for my birthday and we got the exact same thing for only half the price.

Terrible experience. First time visiting and I went home so un happy with my nails. I contacted owner to tell them how unhappy I was with the quality of my nails to be told that it was practically my fault because I had my husband in the car waiting on me and that I was on the phone the whole time, I was not allowed to drive and my husband was happy to wait on me which was so irrelevant as my nails were still poor quality. We had just lost our daughter and I wanted to get my nails done to get me out of the house and I ended up dealing with this so unprofessional to blame a client for poor quality work. I defo won't be back or be recommending.

I went to Elite Nail on a recommendation after my nails were absolutely destroyed by another place. I don’t know anything about nails so emailed with a few questions and received a prompt and very kind reply. So I booked in for gel polish today and had the loveliest experience! Stephanie was very understanding of my prior bad experience and checked that I was happy with everything every step of the way. I absolutely love my nails and will be booking in again when I want a new colour!

The place is so pretty and stuff is very friendly! But the quality unfortunately doesn’t lift up to my standards.my polish started to peeling off in 1 week and nail plates were drilled on the beginning of the nails.

I really did like coming here but it is impossible to keep a booking without it being changed and twice now I have been rebooked and not given the time for what I originally booked for and this last time was extremely disappointing as I waited a very long time after lock down to find another appointment

I have had Acrylics for well over 20 years, had a few (very few) great places that I’ve been too, tried all the cheaper ones too, but nothing comes close to this Nail Salon. Finally found somewhere that really know nails and know what there doing.attention to detail, they all love what they do and really take care of your nails and you as a customer.
The staff are super friendly, there is always laughter and conversations flowing, the customers are all treated like family.that atmosphere is amazing.customer for life now.

For what I paid I expect perfection. Unfortunately I get better quality nails for half the price at a regular walk-in salon.

Best experience I have had ever, all the ladies were very welcoming great service and very friendly, I love how Courtney took care of my calluses under my feet from all the farm work I do, and thank you Nays for my three different designed nails especially the ombre, they all look perfectly fabulous. I had an amazing experience here, the ladies are lovely and I left very happy with my nails.
Unfortunately 4 of them have broken. This is very unusual for me as I always get my nails done and hardly ever break my nails! I’m very sad as I paid a lot more then I usually would as I thought it would be better for me and my nails, but I guess it just wasn’t for me.
I would still recommend them, they are all very lovely and do an amazing job.

If I could give this salon 10 stars I would! I have been seeing Teresa for two years now and wouldn't trust anyone else except the ladies at Elite with my nails! The salon is immaculate and atmosphere warm and friendly. I receive compliments almost daily for Teresa's beautiful work on my nails & her Swarovski crystal range is amazing for lovers of a little or a lot of bling! Cant wait for my next appointment!
