I booked at 10 am and they give the service for the other already they don't have booking so why pit booking service if you don't mind or respect people have appointment with you?

Really rude i went with a friend and the way one of the ladles spoke to her I felt like walking out unfortunately was half way through my pedicure which wasn't the greatest

All the staff worked fast.
I can't say that they were friendly, I just felt that they were faithful to their own work.
Manicure and foot exfoliation weren't perfect, but coloring nails and pedicures was pretty satisfying.
My little disappointment is, despite the top coat being applied on my nails, already got a scratch on little stimulus In only five hours.
So I felt that it was a little expensive compared to the quality.

Viki has done an amazing job! Very professional and pays attention to detail. I am quite picky with my nails and I didn't have to "correct"her at all. Excellent job! Will be back for sure for my infill.

I’ve been here a few times because I couldn’t get into the nail salon that I normally go to. They are okay, I think the staff can be a bit pushy for additional add on services if you’re just going in to get old gel coul our removed and replaced with a new colour but if you’re looking for a quick walk in appointment that can do a decent job then that’s okay.

I went to this nail salon for the first time today and was so pleased and happy with the service! The technicians were kind and very skilled. The service was very reasonably priced and there was hardly any wait time! Will definitely make this salon my go-to! Thank you Elite Nail Bar!

Staff were rude, the nail tech stopped mid way through painting to reply to texts?
I got shellac on my toes which were great.then polish on my fingers which was done so poorly 2 hours later it still wasn’t dry. Tried everything to dry them but they smudged 2 hours later seriously disappointed what a waste of money.

Staff was not helpful. Seem like she was not happy herself or anything but she acted like can’t be patiently doing what i really wanted on my nails colour. I paid $130 and she delivered poor service. I will never go back to do my nails again at that shop.

I can see why the rating reviews are 3 after going there today. Absolute waste of money. I came home and had to exfoliate the bottom of my feet which the man said he’d done in less than a minute. It was meant to be a spa pedicure. The toes were the only part I was happy with. As for the nails, soaking my fingers was the best part. The girl was abrupt and completely lacking customer skills till it was time to do the bill. These salons are only interested in shellac.

I was left and forgotten and after three other people who came in after me had their manicures and pedicures before me i decided to leave. Won't go back again

Had a full acrylic set with a natural finish “Vickie” did a great job! She made them look very natural as I had requested and she was also gentle as I told her my nails are really thin. Very happy

Have brought my partner here twice now and she is very happy with her nails. They are really good at recreating the photos of designs she brings in and the lady's are super friendly and have a great conversation. She says they very good and helpful when it comes to correct olouring for skin tone and designing new ideas. Added some photos of her new nails today

Went to this salon for the first time and was very pleased with the pedicure they gave me. I was a bit nervous though as other salons have trimmed/picked my toenail to the point of bleeding (a bit) where as this salon was very gentle which was a big relief. Plus I noticed they had a sterilising unit on bench. Will definitely be back!

I payed $50 just for shellac on my real nails! It is normally $25 anywhere else. Total scammers. Do NOT go there unless you want to be ripped off and poor.

I had a very poor experience at this nail salon today. The woman tending to me was very rough and did not communicate with me at all. She was handling my hands very roughly and when my hand was not twisted or positioned in the way she wanted she would hit my hand with the nail file!
On top of this i asked for almond shaped and was given curved pointed nails, and the points are not even aligned straight with my fingers!

When I entered the salon I showed an image of what I was wanting and was told this was fine, but when my artist came to completing the design /pattern it suddenly became too difficult and another artist had to complete the job.
Turned out she found the design too difficult also even though she was the one who approved it upon entry to the salon, so instead of all 10 fingers being patterned I had to settle for a thumb and a pinky on each hand.

Overall not a pleasant experience at all! If this was my first time getting my nails done I 100% wouldn't ever get them done again, however now I know better now and just won't go to this studio again.

Even 2 hours after leaving the salon my nails are still very sore!

Funny that my wife was next to me getting her nails done by another artist and she has never been happier.just bad luck on my part and the artist who tended to me.
