Really was keen to buy a chair. The chairs are awesome but the guy just didn’t seem interested in selling. On his phone the whole time. The service was so awful, I gave up even though I like the product.

Had this chair for a week and the whole family is loving it! The different functionality available for everyone to suit their needs. Definitely worth for the long term investment. The benefits are endless if you really want a good massage chair.

We recently purchased a massage chair and am SO impressed with the product and customer service. We had it delivered within 12 hrs of purchase and the delivery personnel were so polite and thoughtful, and made sure everything worked perfectly before leaving. Really happy and will recommend to anyone interested in buying.

Poor after sales service. I have been trying to contact the team since January to come and fix a noise issue which the chair was making. I had sent multiple emails with no response. Very disappointed.

I had problems with my chair. I left two phone calls and sent a email requesting someone to contact me.
No one has returned my calls or responded to my email.

Simply love the flexibility of coming home and getting the best message. Elex Zenith is no doubt the best one in the market and the customer service is equally at par!

Bought it Friday, they promised to deliver on Saturday at 4pm, and the truck was there at 4pm sharp. First time in my life a delivery was precisely on time. The HEALER 4D chair is fantastic. High quality build, easy to use and something I look forward to every day. My wife gets good use out of it too. Worth the investment.

The massage chair is fantastic and I'm addicted. I am still playing with it as it has 24 programs. The price was fantastic as we got top of the range for half price. The sales people were excellent, they explained everything, were not over pushy, got back to me straight away and answered queries on their day off. The delivery was literally the next day. Word of warning, go for gentle setting, you can turn off foot when on manual and start with less time and build up. My only criticism is that the instructions are not good, but we have solved that I think by just playing and testing! We love our massage machine and fight over who is going on it first! I might go on it now:)

Excellent service from the Elex Massage Chair team. My wife ad I had been looking around at different chairs, and the customer service here, compared to the previous other vendor we had visited was excellent. Talked my wife thru all the chair features putting her mind at ease with all the questions she had. Chair has just arrived, 9 days after ordering, and I am sure it is going to get a good workout.
