47Couldn't recommend mums and bubs classes enough! Matchi is a fantastic instructor and also has the added skill of being really good at settling disgruntled wee ones so you can get the most out of the workout. After just three sessions it's become something I really look forward to each week!
I find it hard to get motivated to excercise but Element Pilates has been incredible and is the first times in years that I've felt comitted and excited to regularly exercise. And Matchi and Rory are awesome teachers.
The best Pilates I 100%recommend, I've been to a lot of different pilates studio in vic park area and Matchi's class is the one I really like. She is focused in the class and made sure all the workouts are done. There is a balance of good work out and rest.
First time trying Reformer Pilates for myself and my mother, I truly never expected to enjoy and love it so much. Matchi is a phenomenal teacher and she truly takes her time to ensure everyone in class is comfortable. My mum has not been physically active for a long time, however Matchi was just amazing, she genuinely cared and was super hands on with us to make sure mum was alright. I used the 2 week special and stretched it out over the 3 weeks. During the 3 weeks, there has been incredible results! I cannot believe how toned and firm my arms have become from doing Reformer Pilates. All round I am feeling physically stronger, and more flexible. At F45 I would occasionally injure myself, especially my neck but Reformer Pilates has not given me any issues at all! I am definitely addicted now and NEED MORE!
Love Matchi’s Mums and bubs class. I never knew you could do so much with a reformer. So much variety in the classes, you really work every muscle. U can moderate each exercise as it suits you. And Matchi is always helping with the bubs so you get the most out of your workout. Really do enjoy these classes.
Mums & bubs classes were great! Same time each day & you can be flexible with days which is great when you've got a bub. Matchi is so lovely & helpful. She is really welcoming & every session was different which was great. She is so good with the babies too- really great way to get back in to exercise after having bub. Thanks Matchi!
Big fan of this place. Was originally invited down to just 'check it out' and had a fantastic first experience. I was a complete beginner with Pilates work so I was a little nervous for my first visit. The staff were super friendly, the session was both supportive and challenging, with overall good vibes all round. I've been coming a lot more regularly now, and have the awesome team at Element to thank for that.
Was my first experience with pilates. The place and instructors are lovely. Would have given 5 stars if there was an option to select difficulty. I struggled a lot since I was the only newbie sometimes with a class full of experienced regulars. I hurt myself badly after an intense class, and have decided to go somewhere else more beginner-friendly.
As a newbie to group fitness classes I was a little daunted by the idea of exercising in front of a group of people I didn't know. I was quickly put at ease by the instructor Matchi. She is very encouraging and helpful without being condescending and singling you out. I would absolutely recommend Element Pilates to my friends and family.
After a back injury my physio suggested I try Pilates.came across this studio on Instagram loved the aesthetics, did the 2 week trial loved it and joined the studio.the BEST decision ever love Pilates and with Matchi every class is so different and an exciting challenge.
Matchi and the team made me feel so welcome and loved the change of pace that Pilates gave to my training!
I love Matchi and Tj at element pilates. Both classes are very fun and educational. They are always kind, motivating, helpful and supportive throughout each class. Thanks to TJ who helped me so much in achieving my first elbow stand! She taught me the techniques instead of using and depending on momentum to do elbow stands. Absolutely love this place!

I absolutely love Element Pilates! Both instructors are amazing. Their varied style in teaching offers so much, which is why I make sure I go to both of their classes each week. I've noticed huge changes in my strength and flexibility since starting. TJ has helped me in dealing with my shoulder and neck issues. Her vast amount of knowledge is evident through how she teaches, along with how she explains the importance of correct body alignment. Matchi's Saturday Powerhouse class is my favourite. She knows exactly how to get your heart rate up and your body moving. I couldn't recommend these ladies at Element enough!
I am new to reformer Pilates and was feeling very nervous about starting something so different to what I am used to. Matchi has been so welcoming & has made me feel very comfortable. Great workout, wonderful coaching & the studio itself is beautiful. I highly recommend Element Pilates. I am really looking forward to my next class!
I love the versatility and adaptability of each class at Element Pilates. Whether you’re a beginner, someone with injuries or someone who’s ready to get down and sweat, every class will be a wonderful experience. The knowledge that the team has helps you to work muscles that you didn’t even know you had and build core strength that can translate into efficacy of exercise in other areas. I have been attending weekly classes since October and intend on continuing! Highly recommend!
I started going to the mums and bubs classes when I was around 8 weeks postpartum. These classes were fantastic, Matchi and TJ are both so accommodating and would even hold my daughter (and others bubs too!) some days if she was sooking so I could could finish the workout. This is service that you don’t really expect and it makes element Pilates even more awesome!
I now do the non mumsnbubs classes with both TJ and Matchi and love the differences in class styles between the two of them. I get a great blend of classic reformer Pilates moves and a good hit of cardio too!
I’ve also learnt so much too about proper core strength and alignment and also correct breathing. Love this place!
I’ve never been able to get into the groove of exercising and never felt comfortable going to a big gym but ever since coming to Element Pilates I actually love working out!
Matchi and TJ are both amazing instructors and take the time with you to teach you! The classes are a good challenge!
20/10 would recommend?
