Mark covered one of our SIRF events on Culture, Human Factors that affect Industry, it was well taken by attendees, a lot of takeaways. I had to do the HSR Course, which is only available (in Perth) in the format of 5 consecutive days. My employer wanted me to do it on one day week over 5 weeks. No company in Perth provides that format. However, Mark Small from Elect, came to my workplace, during his holiday time, and delivered the training course, over a few weeks!
