El Greco Cafe reviews
49I ordered moussaka and Greek salad from the catering menu for a dinner party at my house. Service was friendly and professional. Portion sizes were generous. Taste was very good. Good quality fresh ingredients. I highly recommend El Greco! My guests loved the moussaka and Greek salad.
Was invited to a birthday dinner last night at Elgreco.
Great atmosphere, staff were warm and made us feel welcomed. Lookead after the kids.
Recommend the wraps.
Thanks for a great night.
"Wow, I had a fantastic experience at this cafe! The service was exceptional, and the breakfast wrap I had was absolutely delicious. I loved that it was served in pita bread, which was a unique and tasty touch. The prices were also very reasonable, and I was pleasantly surprised to find some delicious Greek shortbread available for a treat afterwards. I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a great breakfast spot with amazing service and tasty food. "
We found our little hidden "gem" after searching to find the right local dinner spot to celebrate my hubby's 70th birthday. There were smiles all round. Not only ours but from other patrons and the welcoming and very friendly and attentive family owners and staff. I've cooked many yummy Greek meals over the years so I know authentic Greek food and El Greco didn't disappoint. We ordered Plate Me Ups, Seafood Combos, a kid's chicken meal and Haloumi fries which we couldn't eat fast enough. Each mouthful a little slice of heaven, so delicious! Portions were very generous and salads so fresh like they were picked from a garden out back. Couldn't eat all mine so had them package up the rest, way too good to leave behind. Full or not there's always room for coffee and dessert right? Greek coffees, Galatobourekos, Baklavias plus Shortbreads and Kataifis to take home because we just had to try them all. What a great night. No frills restaurant, just a genuine warm and friendly atmosphere, like dining with family and friends at home. My hubby was a little chuffed when his dessert came with a candle and birthday song. Seems our chef can sing as well as cook. Absolutely we'll go back. Breakfast, lunch and more dinners to look forward too. Thank you! Stin yeia mas! (To our health!)
A hidden gem in Stirling. Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere in this friendly and inviting cafe. Family celebration with 6 of us. Service was efficient and food was absolutely delicious. Overhead from a customer at another table that it was the best wrap he had ever tasted. Happy to recommend this cafe and will definitely be back.
First time there everything was very nice well priced good service very friendly staff will be back again.
Such a great experience, I’ll be back. Food was delicious, service was attentive and friendly. Thanks for a great night out.
Love the atmosphere, the food and the drinks there. It was a very enjoyable experience. Today i had the Ceasar Salad and can easily say that this has been the best i have ever had to date. Will definitely be going back.
Tried this restaurant after seeing great reviews!
We had the mezze platters which were amazing and it was so much food as well!
The owner was so nice and welcoming!
100% recommend
El Greco is our go to breakfast spot. The food is delicious, and the staff/owners are always lovely. Would give more stars if we could!
Our food was quite bland. Perhaps add a bit of salt to the meals. The pita and dips were good to start, authentic dips that tasted nice and got us excited. Ordered the moussaka which was almost like a packaged meal. The lamb and superfood salad was rather tasteless and too filling. The buckwheat overpowered the meal. Felt a little bloated afterwards. The kids meals rather plain. We ordered Baklava to go, which I think was not made in store and it was delicious. Nice service at the restaurant. There was quite a lack of space on our table and the restaurant was packed. It was kind of pricey with the end bill.
Delicious!
My absolute favourite place for a gluten free meal. Have dined here numerous times, had the El Greco gf pita which is the best gf pita I've found in Perth. Also had the plate me up which gets 5 stars from me too. Service is quick and friendly. Highly recommend.

What a find.great friendly service.food was delicious.traditional and so tasty. You can't leave without sampling one of their amazing sweets.
Dry lamb (lamb plate me up), stingy on prawns (only 5 with the garlic prawns main), fish still had hair bones (seafood plate). Flavours were ok and the chips were good. Generally a disappointing experience though and not value for money. Garlic prawns also needed garlic and seasoning.
Can't go wrong with the 'dips' as that, being a Greek restaurant is expected. The burger was not great for $16 You would expect a home made pattie but obviously a frozen one. The waitress forgot to give us the glasses we asked for so we didn't have to drink out the bottles and when we reminded her, she slammed them down on the table. Not a great experience: (
If you want delicious authentic Greek food and lamb that melts in your mouth then go here. The owners are absolutely lovely and welcoming to everyone and they make the best baklava and galaktoboureko I’ve had in Perth
Definitely will be back soon
Second visit to El Greco as the first time round was awesome. We went on Saturday night (the last night of mask wearing). I cant remember the menu from the first time around but it seemed to be different. My partner and I ordered the mezz plate. The three dips were absolutely delicious. The shared main however was pretty ordinary. Two small pieces of beef, chicken and lamb and a kofta each on pita bread with a shared salad. The lamb was flavorless unfortunately and we felt the $79 bill (including two soft drinks) was pretty rich for what we were served.
We might have just got them on a bad night.
Great food, great service, don't wait long for food, Amazing place
One of the friendly staff remembered me from about 2 years back when I worked nearby
Coffee blend not my favourite and slightly expensive for take away when compared with most cafes. The real interest here is the Greek food and sweets
