I have been using the meditation and motivate aura sprays for over a year now. They are a great way to start my day. Dealing with Cindy is always a lovely experience and her products are always beautifully presented and smell amazing.

I was recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, after nine months of excruciating pain and very limited movement in my feet, left knee, hips and right shoulder. I also haven't been to the gym in that time, so let's just say I've lost a bit of condition, which adds insult to pretty serious injury. It's been quite a ride, at times incredibly frustrating, but thanks to my wonderful doctors I'm now on a Stage 2 Chronic Disease Health Plan.

It was on the course of this swollen, limpy, muscle wasting, arse growing journey that I met Cindy. And I am so glad I did. We got talking about what I'm dealing with and five minutes later I had myself an appointment for a Holistic Wellness Experience with her!

From the moment I walked into Cindy's beautiful treatment rooms, I could feel the healing beginning. It is such a peaceful and calming space, truly reflecting the kind, caring and empathetic person who created it. She has everything you could possibly want to make you feel comfortable, from a cup of herbal tea when you arrive (which she pre-organises to make sure you get the blend you want), to the most delicious floor rug to squish your toes into (sooooo fluffy!).

The session truly was holistic, beginning with a conversation about not just my health, but life experiences leading up to it and a whole range of other considerations. She then provided referenced information (The Medical Medium is an extraordinary book BTW) about my condition that has proven so useful for managing it long term as part of my day-to-day life. She then provided a range of amazing essential oil blends to assist with pain, energy and sleep. And to top it all off, she then did a reiki session, followed by a deep mediation session. I swear to you that I floated out of there on a little cloud of happiness and tranquility.

If you are dealing with a pretty intense illness like me, you need to feel rejuvenated as the daily grind really is grinding you down, or you simply want to treat yourself to some 'me' time then I can't recommend Cindy highly enough.
